The only slight problem I have with them is the tongue is too short and thin and not quite the right shape to comfortably lace up.

but the back of the heal isn’t high enough and my son says they feel like they’re going to slip off.

The foam midsole has deep cracks and the heel is dirty like someone took them for a test run.

Saucony, new balance, and ASICS still make the best running shoes imo.

ASICS gel kayano 27 and adidas alphabounce are great feeling and to me a far superior shoe than Nike.

Those 2 have great heel support and a nice wide toe box so your foot can spread naturally.

These are so comfortable.

And for $80 on a pair of any one of those 3 brands you will get a much, much more comfortable and durable pair of shoes than anything you can spend $150 on with Nike.

Really Helps My Knees
This pair of ASICS running shoes is more shock absorbent than other shoe that I have tried (and I have tried a lot of shoes!).

but that does give you a more snug fit and no slop for running on rough terrain.

but they are comfortable and the boa laces work fine.

Great cushioning with smooth rock over at foot plant.

Shoe has good sole, the upper typical molded mesh with micro thin synthetic material.

They are very grippy; if you drag your feet when you walk, these shoes will grip the ground and test your balance.
