My only gripe is that the shoe does run narrow in my opinion, if you have ever had issues with shoe width or you usually need a wide size - do not buy these in the normal size.

These were a huge disappointment as they are supposed to "wide width" and "true to size"

but unfortunately the width was very narrow and the length ran about a size too small.

So to sum it up , I am across the board a true 8.5 wide- with these shoes: my toes come literally to the end of the shoe with toes a little curled up and the width are not wide as I could barely get my foot in the shoe.

For those with wide feet we are usually left with little to chose from, have to wear shoes that are too small as product or store don't sell wides or we are overcharged for wide sizes.

The ankles have a lot of padding, so they look very wide in the back when on.

The bottoms are harder so it's not a shoe I wear daily

but look elsewhere for arch support and cushion comfort
I bought these New Balance shoes after years of buying the same model of Brooks shoes.

I have high arches and there is no shape to the footbed.


There is absolutely no cushion in the shoes, it feels like walking on cardboard and they run small.

When I first tried to put them on, I immediately knew as I had to make the laces as loose as possible just to get my heel in.

I wish the heels were a little higher so I could be more confident in running.

Love the Adidas Swift shoes.

I bought a pair of these Adidas, after wearing the originals for years.

but it's a nice tradeoff with comfort, and still keep some cool Adidas style.

Wore them from 7 solid months  machine washed only ( Never put in the dryer !!! ).

I must of washed these shoes 80 x’s no joke and they held up until the icy white just wasn’t looking so icy.

They fit great and feel amazing when I am wearing them, so very comfortable.

The width is great the length is accurate the entire shoe fit was wonderful and they are the most comfortable shoe I have EVER wore not to mention they look amazing 😍 so yes from now on I will be ordering my shoes/ boots/ sandals whatever I need from here thank you Amazon!!! 💯❤️👟

First time I have ever ordered shoes just because I have such a wide foot, these shoes are AMAZING 🤩 Love them and I had even read reviews with ppl saying the were hard to get into and they were too tight & that may have been true if they didn’t loosen the strings and use the top of the heel  to pull them on!

Was very surprised how well they kept my feet warm and dry.

Aesthetically this is a great looking sneaker that can be worn with the most casual looks and is more of an event than a gym sneaker.. it has some weight to it and is slightly stiff

It was stiff walking 20 miles walking on concrete until the shoes were broken in.

The general consensus is that these shoes are stiff, and after 6 months of use, I can attest to that.

In addition to the stiff toe box, the heel is a MAJOR gripe of mine.

The general construction of these shoes is that they are VERY tough and stiff,

You will definitely have to plan out shorter sessions in them at first until you have them broken in, and even after that they are pretty stiff.

Looked cool, like some of the other reviews said, the toe box in these are way too narrow.

For me, the toe box is just a little too narrow.

Don't expect to put them on and wear them all day right out of the box.

I never need to wear wide shoes, yet this squeezes both sides of the end of your foot almost like a pointy high heel or something.

My first 3.5 mile short hike in these left both my big toes sore on the insides, and I ended up with a one inch blister on the inside of my left heel!

but you might need to jump through some hoops to avoid rubbing, especially in the heel area.

The heel of the shoe does not capture the heel of my foot AT ALL.

Each step I take, my heel is pulling up out of the bottom of the shoe, so imagine taking 10,000 steps in these.

ADIDAS did an outstanding job making these, so if you don't mind heavy shoes that can cause mild discomfort after wearing them, they will be one of the best outdoor shoes you can own.

Water, mud, dirt, anything that can cause discomfort to your feet and socks, they will not become a factor and will keep you absolutely dry, provided you don't intentionally get them wet.

In warm and dry weather, an old pair of New Balance sneakers has done the job quite well.

The tread on these tires — ahem, shoes — is great for damp and wet soil, gravel, etc.

All in all: this is a very well made, stylish shoe with a great tread pattern and excellent water resistance,

They are rugged, COMPLETELY WATERPROOF, and I have no concerns at all about walking through any kind of mushy terrain in the early springtime when the ground is soft and muddy.

I bought these specifically because of the waterproof aspect of them.
