They were a little bigger than I expected and I had to buy some extra large insoles in order to have my feet fit correctly.

but I did not feel that I should’ve been responsible for the shipping.

I’d suggest sizing down at least one full size.

but it took 3 months and the rubber split at the black chevron in the ball of the foot
