Dr. Martens Unisex 1460 Smooth Leather 8 Eye Boot, White, 14 Women/13 Men

wrong size

Nice boots I had to return them because they sent the wrong size.

uncomfortable

synthetic-leather

From what I know from looking into it for my own benefit, it's leather suede with PU (Poly Urethane) over the top to give it the extra shine.

If you got the patent leather ones, do expect some "squeaks" when you walk.

stretchy

I did stretch them, so not sure how long it will take to break in.

Then, take off the boots and use the balls of your thumbs inside and outside the seam, to massage and stretch it.

strap worn-out

but the zippers broke after about 5 months, the soles cracked and needed reglueing after about a year, and the hard leather began to get holes where it creased the most after less than 8 months.

adult

Perfect for Adults I recently added the Dr. Martens floral print boots to my collection, and they've quickly become a favorite for several reasons.

Pair these with jeans and a plain t, or with a cute dress and they look perfect for an adult.

dr-martens

but I love the stylishness of Dr Martens smooth leather boots.

I wear a UK size 7/EU 41 and the Dr Martens size 7 is perfect for wearing with medium thickness hiking socks.

Cleaning and Maintenence I did find that it was pretty worthwhile to invest in a dr. martens shoe kit.

It comes with wonder balsam (i think that's a brand thing that dr. martens made up

boot

Definitely these boots were packed with care and not a rush job by any means.

I'm thankful and consider myself blessed to own these "Docs" and am looking forward to a long time friendship with my boots!

(While doing it in comfort while you're at it with these boots).

I hope this helps you, keep reading all you can about these boots and decide if you're willing to give them a chance.

Great boots, i love 'em to death i love these.

Edit: 5/28/15 So it's like 2.5 - 3 years later and these boots are still going strong.

It also comes with a bright yellow cleaning/ polishing cloth and some other type of boot polish that i cant remember the name of at the moment.

but it's certainly worth mentioning that these dont last too long as motorcycle boots.

wear

My daughter just had to wear them immediately and kept them on for quite a while.

Once your boots have softened and moulded themselves to the shape of your foot, it will feel like you are wearing slippers! Gorgeous.

Stylish But Wear Out I wore these for over 2 years almost every day for my customer service job.

but that's a good thing from my experience because as you wear them and break them in they mold to you exactly.

I'll be wearing them around the house a few weeks (I'd say between 3-5 weeks one can break in a pair to fit so naturally.

For now, I am wearing a pair of my hubby's big socks which actually fit.

you cant wear through the bottom of these like you can with a pair of converse,

however, they just loose traction far too easily now for me to wear them as my main bike shoes anymore, especially in inclement weather.

cute

Pattern is paint / screenprinted, so be careful with these to protect the pattern Super cute.

The design is so cute and they fit perfectly.

but this SUPER CUTE pair of metallic stompers are much more fragile than I’ve come to expect from this brand.

Adorable Design: The floral print adds a touch of charm to these boots, making them not only durable

worn-out

Now my 6th pair that broke, now has happened with 2 months of wear only!!!

width foot

So, if you have big calves and wide feet, these are not for you.

but hard to get on if you have wide feet These shoes were cute, but it was hard to get them on, especially when you have wide feet.

true size

I am a true size 6 and ended up getting a 7 because I wanted to wear a sock with them.

stiff

but too hard to get on These are really cute, but the material around the cuffs is very stiff.

sock

The 7 with a thick sock is still a little snug width-wise.

but really more for a teenager or young adult.

I always wear my black dr.martens, been wearing them before they became mainstream.

I have a wide toe box and these fit great.

Fits well These were not to small in the ankle/shaft at all.

Otherwise, if you have slim legs and feet like me, they fit perfect.

I always struggle with booties that will fit my slim legs, and these did!!

I’m a size 8, and they fit just about right.

I’m a millennial, and I’m so happy I found these to wear for my everyday fits now🖤🫶🏼 Plus love the Matt look!🖤

height

I love the height it gives (I'm 5'1" so I'll take it) and they haven't scuffed yet and I've been wearing them for months straight!

however at the inside on top of the foot they are cut small I had to return for a size bigger purchased for 2 year old that still has the baby fat feet.

Fits true to size Show fits true to size, I wear a size 7 in women’s.

Could just be the patent leather vs. full grain leather of other pairs I’ve had, so we’ll try a different style and one size up and hope for better results.

I kinda love these boots in an ironic way.

These boots are made tough and will last for years and even when you beat them into the ground.

Here's my detailed review: Pros: Durability: These boots are built to last.

Fashionable Color: The color of these boots is not only eye-catching

Run small The boot is great and beautiful

Other than that this is a great sturdy boot for kids

Fit really well,so much softer than other boots ,I have purchased.

I usually order the kid's sizes because they are cheaper.

Always make me feel like I could stomp the whole world if I needed to (call them my space girl boots).

do you/your rainbow loving kids a favor and get these!! 😍
