ASICS Women's Gel-Contend 8 Running Shoes

stiff

Cons: ➖ Slightly Stiff Initially – When first wearing them, they felt a bit stiff,

sole interior

They either had to much cushion inside, or the bottoms were to high, or the arch was to high.

interior

high-quality

They feel nice right out of the box They are too tight around my left ankle and left foot that I had injured otherwise it was a sturdy shoe the arch support should have been a little bit better

high arch

asics

Asics is my go to athletic shoe they are super comfy and fit my foot just right 👍 love the mint green color.. people stope all the time and say I luv ur shoes! !

I have been buying the asics contour for years.

Comfy sneakers These asics fit true to size and are comfortable for everyday wear.

⭐ The ASICS Women's Gel-Contend 8 Running Shoes have exceeded my expectations!

Final Verdict: The ASICS Women's Gel-Contend 8 Running Shoes are an excellent investment for anyone who wants a reliable, comfortable, and supportive running shoe.

Love ASICS I have bad arches and these shoes give me the extra support that I need.

I have tried many brands of shoes and so far Asics has surpassed them all.

I’ve only worn ASICS to work in for over 10 years and I ordered the same size that I’ve always worn and they are perfect.

Je suggère la marque ASICS à tout le monde!

fit width

I wear size 10 in pretty much all Lane Bryant shoes and bought an 11 Wide and it fits great!

comfortable

Whether I’m running, walking, or working out, my feet feel supported and comfortable.

My feet feel well-supported even after hours of wearing them, and I don’t experience any discomfort or fatigue.

but after breaking them in, they became incredibly comfortable.

Comfortable These shoes fit as expected and are comfortable.

The shoe fit perfectly, and is very comfortable.

They are comfortable and provide good arch support for me.

This sneaker is light, comfortable and fits well on the first try.

These fit me just exactly where I needed to be comfortable.

I put my new balance insoles in to replace originals and they fit perfectly.

I have a few different pair in different colors and they all fit great.

This particular pair did not fit quite right.

walking

My favorite tennis shoes for walking and are true to size

Great shoes I have larger bridge smaller ankle and wear out shoes quickly due to walking.

I wear these out by walking so much and often leaning too far to right.

Walking is easy, good traction and budget friendly!

Comfortable for walking and great support for my foot.

They help keep my feet from feeling sore and tired if I'm doing a lot of walking or am on my feet a lot.

Pros: ✔ Superior Cushioning – The Gel technology in these shoes provides fantastic cushioning, making every step feel like you’re walking on clouds.

ASICS Women's Gel-Nimbus 24 Running Shoes

walking shoe

To me, these would make okay daily walking shoes, especially if you're on your feet all day.

uncomfortable

They were uncomfortably tight across the top of my foot, too.

tightness width

To my amazement, even 10 Wide was too tight and a little too short.

shoe-box

but not wide toe box, heel cushion and natural stride support.

My foot is narrow in the heel and a standard B width across the toe box.

My toes are right at the edge of the toe box and slip forward a bit making my toes unbearably sore.

2) Fit runs short in the toe box by an entire size.

7) They just are not as comfortable out of the box.

length

In any case, I think the length in the 10.5 Wide might be a hair too long,

The footbed is the same length and width.

This is my second pair of Asics Gel Nimbus and I love them.

ASICS Women's Gel-Nimbus 24 Running Shoes have transformed my runs.

Asics have been my workout shoe of choice for about 30 years and these are hands down, the best pair I have owned.

Besides, Asics sponsored the World Championships of Track & Field 2023 so you know, if the best wear them, certainly they're good enough for more average pursuits.

!😊👍👍❤💯 I have been wearing Asics Gel Nimbus for years.

If you have very wide feet try another Asics model other than the Gel Nimbus if a wide width still doesn't feel comfortable.

For me, Asics are the most comfortable sneaker around.

You MUST Know How to Determine Proper Size/Fit - These Run Narrow/Tight and Short I have worn Asics Gel-Nimbus since the 1980s.

Only the 10.5 Wide seemed to fit reasonably well.

The shoe doesn't ride on my heel, the toe box is very comfortable with enough movement without sliding around.

Good arch support and enough "give" in the whole shoe makes it most comfortable for shorter workouts or longer runs.

These sneakers by far have provided the most support and are extremely comfortable.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable and offer outstanding support, thanks to the Gel technology.

Whether you're a serious runner or a casual jogger, these shoes are a must for a comfortable and stylish workout.

Best pair of workout shoes I have ever owned These are the most comfortable and supportive shoes that I have ever owned and they fit like a glove.

They are very comfortable, lots of cushion.

I ordered the 7.5 and they fit better, still a little snug

sole

3rd Time's a Charm Gel Nimbus has been my 1st choice for over 10 years.

however, for me, the Gel Nimbus 24 has been the perfect shoe.

I’ve been wearing a different brand running shoe that have much lighter foam soles.

Cushion is perfect at the heel and mid-foot.

Great Support and Comfort for bad ankly I have a high arch and tilted talus - and tried many different sneakers including Brooks, Hokas and arch support inserts to aid me walking without a limp.

This is a good place to mention, too, that the footbed in any size, e.g.

I’m normally a 9.5 and the 9.5s fit well.

With a sleek design and a perfect fit, they're worth every penny.

***I have narrow feet and these shoes fit perfectly at the size I normally wear.

My wife runs a minimum of 5k up to 7/8k a day, and these are the shoes she likes the best they have fantastic cushioning, are light and fit well.

This is why EVERYONE should go to a quality athletic shoe store and have a knowledgeable sales person help one to find the correct fit based on how much room is needed and whether or not one's feet shift either inward or outward whilst running.

ASICS Men's Gel-Excite 4 Running Shoe

wear

In other brands, my baby toe is forced out over the edge of the shoe and wears a hole there through the side of the upper,

although I'm not experienced enough to know when a running shoe would start to show wear and tear.

top toe

After a month both big toes went through the top of the shoes.

stretchy strap

What I do if they are slightly tight is just loosen the laces and widen the opening down the top of the shoe consistently (see my photo).

sizing

People have written reviews mentioning sizing problems.

purchase half-size

but I did not order a half size or a size up.

The fit was comfortable from the first time I laced them up, which is something I seem to experience regularly with Asics and no other running shoe.

The next pair of running shoes I buy will be another pair of Asics, as similar to these as possible.

The Asics gel provides great cushioning and comfort for walking or when you're at the mall.

This is my 4th pair of Asics running shoes and absolutely love them.

The size that fit me best was the 10.5 with the Asics.

If you've never tried a pair of ASICS I highly recommend them.

This Asics running shoe is nothing too fancy looking or laden with gimmicks.

I was rocking a pair of New Balance cross trainers and this Asics is definitely lighter than that.

I will definitely purchase another pair of Asics in the future.

but with the Asic's 4E wide fit, my feet are comfortable all day.

I put about 700 miles into these shoes, and they're still comfortable and supportive.

As people have mentioned these shoes are a bit snug,

I liked this colour combo because it is not too showy for work -- it works well for casual or semi-casual wear, and is comfortable to run in, too.

The mesh keeps your feet comfortable and cool.

So comfortable it's almost like walking and running on sponges!

purchase

Marathon Training+ I bought these in 2021 to train for a marathon.

I ordered these shoes after looking for shoes that would help with knee and/or ankle pain (I have tendonitis in my left leg).

These shoes were brand new in their box, and exactly what I was expecting when I ordered.

They arrived on time (thanks Prime). All things considered I’m pleased with my purchase and would buy again (probably will in a different color if these shoes work out.)

The first pair I ever bought was at a big box sporting goods store.

Once those wore out I knew my size and have purchased every pair since on Amazon.

However once you know your size in these particular shoes (or any brand for that matter) you are set to order through Amazon.

Good look, great fit, much cheaper than in store.

On time delivery, fits well, comfortable and I know I wont have air leak.

ASICS Men's Frequent Trail Running Shoes

width heel

I have a narrow heel and was worried about that area for fitting.

washing

I'm going to pay attention to people's reports that they felt they were slippery on wet surfaces and I will make sure to wear them a fair amount of dry pavement to scuff up the soles a little and hope to alleviate any possible issue with slipperiness.

sole width

sole heel

These had a serious design flaw in that the back of the sole at the heel stuck out really far.

sole damage

ASICS are my comfort shoe… ASICS are the only sneakers I wear - they give comfort and support for my somewhat flat feet.

These ASICS are the most durable they make.

A-Bit Snug Size Wise Always buy ASICS and these are decent,

Asics is a good brand that can be expensive (though worth it)

This provided me with a good fit and good arch support n this Asics shoe which I found to have a narrower toe box than most of my previous New Balance shoes.

Men's 8 fits like Asics Women's 9 1/2 These arrived today, and I'm very happy with them.

I am a woman who has worn Asics shoes for walking and for work for many years now.

I had a pair of Asics trail hiking shoes before, the Fuji Attack style.

What a relief to find such a good pair of Asics at such a good price, the right color and so much good room in the toe box for the insoles and socks.

but fit narrow for me and I have very wide feet.

but great traction and comfortable right out of the box.

I wear these to play disc golf and they give good support and are comfortable and stable on rough trails.

Very comfortable I’m working 8 to 12 hrs a day mostly walking and standing and I need a good and comfortable shoes

but much more comfortable to walk in because the sole flexes more.

but I'd be willing to bet you would find the Venture 8 to be a much more comfortable shoe for walking or running.

Even so, the Gel Venture 8's all still comfortable and in my opinion a nicer looking shoe with a much more cushioned ride, also a more aggressive tread pattern for a trail running/walking.

So far, these shoes seem to fit the sweet spot for me.

It was neatly packed and size 14 was equal to the usual Indian size 12 and fit well.

Buying shoes that fit me can be a real challenge.

but fit well, especially across the ball of the foot area.

I'm not saying don't buy these because they are still good sshoes, and might fit someone else perfectly.

Without the factory footbed I was able to fit the heavy Superfeet Copper Insole and it's just great to be able to fit those in there with a fair amount of sock.

These work well for walking dirt trails and are okay on pavement.

That may be preferable for walking on rocky terrain, and they certainly feel very stable.

ASICS Jolt Men's Running Shoe

width foot

Going back to a sneaker that's more suitable for my flat and narrow feet.

width

Also, if you're a 3e/4e and you like or need a wide toe box, these will deliver.

but i need a wide toe box, especially since I'm not willing to give up my injinji toe socks.

wear fast

The only complaint it’s that they wear out quickly!

wear damage

I felt like I was slipping all over the place with those and they wore a hole through pretty easily.

sole thin

Cons: -The thin insoles coupled with a hard rubber bottom result in little impact resistance and sore ankles.

Best ASICS I’ve ever had Out of the box- perfect fit and look.

I am a loyal asics user and have had dozens of pairs.

I'll definitely buy Asics when I wear these shoes into the ground.

My last pair of Asics are now my lawn mowing shoes and I still find myself leaving my every day shoes at home in favor of my lawn mowing shoes.

Good Shoes, great value, not perfect Pros: -It's hard to find good wide fit running shoes, these have perfect width for someone like me who needs 4E width.

This pair fits perfectly, has great support and ample comfort and padding.

From day one they fit like a glove - size 13.

They don’t get hot and have kept their tread well. Comfort 10/10 Style 10/10 (IMHO) Support 10/10 Fit 10/10 Laces 10/10 Tread 10/10 Durability 10/10 Value 10/10 (although I’m always looking for a deal on them!)

,so I bought size 11 and it's a perfect fit.

They fit nicely, have moderate cushion, and they're more flexible than I expected.

And if you're looking for extra-wide these fit like a true 4e.

Nice and comfortable Very comfortable shoe and lightweight material.

Insole feels like a cushion for real, a must buy for people with discomfort in their feet.

Will purchase again Very comfortable good design would buy them again

They are really comfortable and I find myself wearing them even after my work day has ended.

Affordable and comfortable Update: I decided to keep these.

But they're comfortable enough I would try running in them.

I would recommend the shoes and probably will buy them again!

Simply go for it, if you are planning to buy an all purpose all terrain shoe.

Overall I would recommend these shoes as long as you are okay with purchasing better insoles and if you plan on beating them up and not wearing them for looks as they may come stained like mine.

I have ordered 3 pairs from this company so far.

They sent me a coupon for a percentage off with my last purchase, which is a nice thought.

ASICS Women's GT-2000 10 Running Shoes

work wear

but I am going to have to work my way to be able to wear them all day.

waterproof

But when I walk, they squeak loudly with each step as if I'm walking on a wet floor.

Now be ware when you put them on before you tie them adjust the tongue the seam is a little weird on the underside of the tongue and if not placed correctly does cause some discomfort, definitely not a deal breaker, just gotta straighten the tongue up so it doesn't sit right on top of your foot.

knee pain

My knee pain I had been experiencing from using old worn out shoes has been eliminated, I have had to plantar fasciitis pain, my feet do t hurt for hours after my runs, they are very breathable.

full-size

but recently have found them not lasting as long as they used to, so I set out on a research journey I have been looking at Asics and read about their gel technology and that they are supposed to last longer mileage wise, so I committed to these when they were in the deals page, I did size up one full size, and the fit is perfect and allows for my feet to swell while running.

I've only ever worn Asics and Brooks, so very familiar with the brand.
