sock

The only downside is the tongue can be irritating if you’re not wearing long socks.

Aside from being used and being grossed out, I put on some clean socks and tried them on (immediately removing my socks and washing my feet [I might have a phobia]).

plastic

but it’s just a slightly heavier plastic, not a composite or something of similar nature.

metal

light-weight boot

I was looking for a cushioned light weight shoe/boot that I could use for working around my property.

attractive

support

Whether I'm walking city streets or forest trails these are comfortable, light weight and support my ankles well.

I use my favorite aetrex sport orthotics to give me a good arch support.

The heel stability is amazing and makes going over uneven bumpy ground a breeze, with major support and ankle protection.

but they are close, and they provide ankle support which I haven't been able to find with typical trail shoes.

I will have no problem using them for long walks if I need the traction and ankle support.

The cushioning is just right - even for someone who is over 250lbs - and the Vibram soles provide outstanding traction in a wide range of conditions.

comfortable

Comfy, stylish, and I haven’t been able to break them yet.

On a positive note the shoes are very comfortable.

I did wear this all day several times and it is very comfortable after walking all day.

Comfortable, Very good grip The price is high

Very comfortable Very nice and comfortable.

Comfortable, Cushioned and Lightweight I want to be clear on my intentions for these shoes.

Very Comfortable Trail Shoe for Large Feet As someone who takes a size 15 wide-fitting, I found this to be an extremely comfortable and practical trail shoe.

Double wide width fits me nicely and it is a top notch shoe that I can recommend.

They fit well and are waterproof at least in snow.

I have a custom insole and it fit nicely inside.

I walked briefly around the house to check fit.

Cloud like I usually have a terrible time finding quality shoes/ sneakers that fit well.

Return was fast actually got a 14 and they are a great fit.
