The only downside is, especially with younger kids (the exuberant ways in which they run around), the fabric over the toes is already showing wear and tear after a few weeks of sporadic wear—not enough to make the shoes sidelined or return,

It also makes me weary of taking advantage of the best feature of machine washable shoes, as I would worry the agitation of the machine would exacerbate the fabric snags and tears.

If the top of the toe was reinforced with a sturdier material like their other Skechers, it would make all the difference.


My 6y old is very picky about footwear ( she spends summers mainly bare foot and hates tightness of running shoes she’s lil wildling lol) these are super comfortable and she loves tie dye rainbow 🌈 effect .. it’s even glittery ( not too crazy ) when sun shines at it.. ( l m very happy coz bough many shoes she only wore once. This shoes she 👍 loves)

(She’s like me when it comes to shoes, the more, the better) She loves the Memory Foam.

They are super comfortable, easy to put on, and the colors are beautiful.

Sole stitching came loose
The fourth time wearing these shoes (owned for 5 weeks) I noticed the stitching to hold on the sole coming loose.

After two more says of wearing these shoes the sole was so loose, I could no longer wear them.

The only two gripes I have with this most recent purchase was that I ended up ordering two shoes before I got one that: didn't look warn and had been placed correctly on the sole of the shoe.

but with this pair I tripped and it ripped the leather lining that you can see attached (glued) to the soul of the shoe, I'm sure you can fix it with a leather repair cream, so be careful!

It seems to have less depth than the left shoe and as a result feels too small and tight at the toe.

A real boat and summer shoe
It is a light weight summer shoe to be worn bare foot or with sneaker socks.

These shoes are much more softer due to the memory foam inside compared to a non-gold cup Sperry and once they are broken in, they really become even more comfortable to wear.

However, the Gold Cup style maintains the lining and is softer and much more comfortable, like the previous basic version used to be.

I took these with me on a trip to Cabo for President's Club and I'm glad I did becase they were so comfortable.

The deer skin inside it what makes it worth it because your feet are warm, yet not hot.

THE LAMBSKIN INTERIOR IS HEAVENLY, SO MUCH SO THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE THE SHOES OFF!

The soles and insides of the shoe provide great support and I can wear them all day without taking them off.

I have owned two pairs of Sperry's Top-Siders that were not gold cups and finally I convinced myself to buy a Gold Cup shoe about a year ago and it was so worth it!

Needless to say, I am now buying my second pair.

Overall, none of this has deterred me and I will definitelly buy another pair of Gold Cup Top-Siders again.

Laces are not as advertised— very thin, braided-type not paracord so they’ll probably snap if boots are worn outside an office setting.

If you buy these boots, throw some better laces in your cart as well.

If you’re looking for zero drop work boots, keep looking because these aren’t them.

but they aren’t zero drop and the toe box really isn’t that wide.

My Xero shoes have the narrowest insoles of all my shoes and they curl up on the sides of the toe box of these boots.

I love the minimalist feel and the drop they have allowing for a very natural step and the memory foam sole was a nice touch.

Boots are comfortable, feel just like the low-top cross trainers.

For me, they were comfortable right out of the box and they didn't need a "break-in" period.

For me they broke in after a day or so and are very comfortable.

These are great boots, especially for the price and return policy for those of us in uniform.

If you have wide feet or need a large toe box, this is the boot for you.

however, its a great boot for running lifting, or just wearing around.

They’re flexibility is insane for boots, as it doesn’t go against your foot and ankles natural movements.
