However I was disappointed when the removable sole started to slip around on these shoe VERY quickly,

though I suspect they’ll have issues with hot sidewalk/roads, as they are close to the Hana (but the slip on of the Aptos is a better fit).

As I walk around the house, my feet slide forward 'slightly' in the shoes, until the longest toe (2nd toe) rubs and gets irritated.

I have a pair of Xero Prio's that I really enjoy.. infact I have a couple pairs now and I have been really happy with the quality and comfort of these shoes.

however just shortly after that the padding in the back of the shoe that would go above your ankle on the back of the shoe has collapsed on one side.

It’s worth noting, these are not good rain shoes (even for small puddles) and if purchasing over, I’d tend towards a darker version, as the light grey shows the dirt (a black pair of Hana, also made from hemp looks newer/cleaner).

I wore these for a day before I noticed these 11.5 shoes seem a little too short for my size 11 feet.

but I'm sure that a size 12 would be too long.

I've been wearing barefoot or minimalist shoes for years now and Prio are some of my favorites.

Xero is no vivo when it comes to looks but these are very comfortable shoes.

Having tried several zero-drop “minimalist” shoes from several manufactures, this is the best by far “casual” shoes for wide feet.

New Balance Men's Nitrel V1 FuelCore Trail Running Shoe

I thought maybe they just weren't wide enough so I got a half size larger and after three months, the new pair is starting to weaken in the same fashion.

But these are as narrow as the shoes i used to buy before I switched to NB.

but now that they don't make the models I really like and there seems to be no consistency between different models I’ll likely have to switch to a different brand that focuses on wide toe box

Overall, I'd have to say these may suit someone who's looking for a pure running shoe with a barefoot feel.

Great comfort
I walk a lot and from the first try on they fit perfectly, went seven miles in these shoes and my feet felt great, being diabetic I have to have a shoe that fight perfectly or I am in trouble, should have went back to my Army days when I bought two pairs of running shoes in basic, needless to say the Nikes were pout on once and I kept wearing my new balance for a couple of years till they wore out, I wear these everyday on my walks and no wear on them yet, very comfortable and no foot problems, have not had that with the other brands I have used

Exactly what I hoped for
If you only buy New Balance running shoes, you probably have wide-feet, like myself.

Ottimo supporto al tallone (ho preso una taglia in più, come tutte le New Balance, e sono perfette) leggerissime e con una caratteristica che, in effetti, ho sempre sottovalutato. La parte anteriore è fatta di tessuto leggerissimo ed elastico: offre quindi meno protezione e impermeabilità di altre versioni più "corazzate" ma ha una qualità davvero importante: quando il piede d'appoggio flette per spingere avanti il corpo, le dita del piede (ovviamente!)

If you're a New Balance regular, don't be afraid to order this set.

Fit nicely and feels walking on air

The last two models i bought (Kaymin Trail, & Arishi Trail) fit my toes just great.

Very comfortable and seems to be durable.

This is my 5th pair of on cloud and they seem to have changed the sizing and made them a slimmer fit, which means I need half a size bigger than I previously wore.

They are so light and comfortable, you feel like walking in bare feet.

I am particular about how a running shoe fits and must come up above the back curve of my heel, which this shoe does perfectly.

but this is my 2nd pair and I swear by them for walking and travel.

Finally I found these walking shoes that are totally comfortable.

The fit is wonderful
It took a while to get these shoes and I love how comfortable they are.

but after that they are super comfortable.
