They appear to be narrow at toes which was my main concern,

Snug fit  The heel not as high as expected for squat shoes.

I was able to get much deeper than normal without leaning in to my knees much, a problem I usually have squatting barefoot.

but they are my go-to gym shoes now, they're far more comfortable than my old gym shoes which were minimalist design and so far they've lasted for months of gym time.

but they are definitely about a half size smaller, plus the bottom of the shoe is much harder.

I'm not sure I would want to run a long way in them due to the very little padding of the insole , treadmill or stair master yes

I can’t wear them 2 days in a row because of the bruising, so I have to wear other shoes for a few days in between. 😕

My only disappointment is I wish the eyelet holes where the laces go through were finished all the way down and not just the top ones ?

my favorite shoes by far for the barefoot feel with a bit more protection

They fit your feet like a glove and hold rock steady on those Bulgarian split squats, great for lifting in, no ankle tilting or movement they give great stability to the foot and almost have the same feel as barefoot shoes.
