Feet slip right out when I’m walking.

In the slip ons I have from dr scholls  that don’t have the size zipper I fit a 9 wide perfectly, for some reason these with the zipper fit a little loose and I wish I had ordered a 8.5 wide.

I struggle with having wide feet and these fit PERFECTLY and are so comfortable.

I have wide feet and these fit well and are comfortable to work on my feet all day.

I also have a wide foot (11w) and these fit very comfortably, if not slightly loose in the width, which is good if you need to wear socks or your feet swell (length was perfect).

They run a size too big, scratch and crease incredibly easily, and seem very overpriced, and are made in China despite Eastland boasting that it is made in Maine.

I have some scratch marks just from getting out of my car.

The other issue I see is the Lacing Cleats are ripping out of the leather after just 1 year.

Consider buying a size lower, or looking into some insoles if you find that yours are oversized too.

The memory foam is not the entire insole of the shoe

I wore some gray socks and at the end of the day, they were a blue-ish / black tint at the bottom of my socks.

Definitely don't wear white socks with these unless you want the bottoms stained.

You need to protect leather and remember is they continuously are exposed to moisture and the elements without treatment, the leather will ultimately dry out and be more likely to tear/rip in places (i.e. - where the leather meets the sole.)

I had to return the first pair due the the sole de-laminating from the leather.

I recommend going a half size down from typical American shoe scale.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone with flat feet as this does a small bump in them and may cause discomfort.

Fit is about a size less than you'd wear in a sneaker.

The leather is thin and looks a bit scruffy with age.

Not sure if they're leather or if they're rubber as the material feels very rubber like.

I suggest that you treat the boots with some type of leather protectant, something similar to Obenauf.

These shoes are roomy, and would accommodate a wide foot well,

Great Shoes for Arched Feet
Really liked these boots.

I was looking for a new set of boots to alternate between and I'm glad I found these.

Theses boots fit all my requirements: Not bulky, they lay flat as opposed to some boots where the toe curls upward, and a low sole.

but I have had mine for 8 months and have not had a problem with them. Most of the wear was during winter months (Note: Not a spectacular boot in snowy/icy conditions due to the un-treaded bottoms.)

Quality leather, comfortable insole, and rugged sole that doesn't slip on wet or frozen surfaces.

The leather is decent quality and they are comfortable to walk around in all day.

I purchased this as a 1950s birthday theme for myself and it was the cutest it is so comfortable to walk in and so classy it’s definitely my kind of shoe and it is a 6.5 size and fits amazing.
