Just got these in and were delivered in half of a shoe box tossed in one of those plastic Amazon bags… this resulted in them being squished… they also look like they’ve been worn before with no paper filling to keep the form and they are a little dirty… not impressed on the presentation of these

Lacing the shoes took some time figure out as there are two points of adjustment.

but I found the laces - as is, to be thin.

If fully tightened, you'll feel the laces on top of the foot.

Also, I found the tongue to be not as thick, which would add the feeling the laces.

They are very comfortable right out of the box and really don't need to be broken in to feel comfortable.

The upper body is very soft and flexible allowing the foot to move and flex naturally yet with the lacing system ensures the foot is well-supported and kept firm against the sole.

Great running shoes for a great price
I've been a Nike/Adidas fan for a while and I thought I should switch it up to Asics for running, as my Nike trainers don't give me the support I need.

If they continue being so great for my feet, I'm planning on replacing all of my running shoes with Asics.

Much narrower than previous versions of the Kinvara
I've run in many iterations of the Kinvara, and the big takeaway here is that this shoe is much narrower than previous versions.

The problem there being that they can be difficult to find in wider sizes and colors can be very limited.

Too narrow and stiff with a poorer aesthetic, as compared to prior versions.

With this shoe, fully loose is still too tight.

Hard to get tight to the heel without over tightening the laces on the foot.

They are light weight and allow you to run fast and walk for long periods of time

Its light weight and allows good front/mid foot strike.

All said these are the best refresh in memory: fast, lightweight, bouncy (but not bulky), and plain fun to run in.

They are comfortable and don’t hurt your feet much.

Fast and comfortable for long-distance running
Kinvaras are consistently fast and extremely comfortable; I'm preparing for a marathon in the fall and currently rotate between these and a pair of Kinvara 13, and I have run in a number of the various previous iterations in hundreds of training sessions and races.

I have gone through probably 6 pair of 12-13s and those fit comfortably in standard width.

I got a size 9 which is what I usually wear and it fits perfectly.

It makes me so sad… To spend that much money on trail shoes and they wear out so quickly.

The fresh foam that new balances uses is the same as in their running shoe and it is soft.

I put about 40 miles by running and hiking and I’m happy about my purchase so far.

Ordered a 9 and it’s large enough in the toe area for running.

I am super glad I bought them and have ordered another pair in different color.

Didn’t even have to break in because right off the bat they felt so comfortable!

Only negative comment I have is it would be so much more helpful if the length of shoe (cm or inches) was shown beside the sizes or even in the sizing chart - I always find foot measurements a surety when buying childrens shoes.

I did have a lot of difficulty deciding which size to order - in fact I think they may be a little too big

but rather that than too small - she just won't be able to wear them for a while.

but that wasn't any help as all it offered was:  US Size, UK Size, EU Size, Japan BUT NO ACTUAL FOOT MEASUREMENTS unless there was somewhere else I was meant to look.

I give these shoes 4 stars because they aren't holding up as well as I would have hoped.

This is the first pair of Pedipeds that I've purchased for my daughter and in comparison to the comparable shoe manufacturer (in a comparable price range) that I have purchased up until this point, they just aren't as durable.

Absolutely gorgeous brightly-coloured shoes (photo true to colour) for my 8 1/2 year old grand-daughter who has not seen them yet - lovely quality and beautifully packaged.

Thoroughly recommend these lovely shoes to anyone looking to purchase.

The style of a mary jane with the durability and flexibility of a running shoe.

but they are basically an all-in-one shoe so you don't have to buy separate running shoes, everyday shoes, etc.

They are cute and you can wear them with socks or without, with jeans, capris, shorts or skirts.

Perfect for my active 2 year old who loves to wear dresses and skirts all the time.

This shoe is sooo comfortable to go for runs in.

They proved to be the most comfortable pair to help me with my therapy and my gate.

and now ten years later another hip replacement i decided to buy another pair and the same thing, comfort, style ,support a very good investment.

I ran in them for the first time a few weeks ago and they are super lightweight and they look so cuuute.

I didn’t give a five-star because its size keeps changing and the heel to toe drop is high for forefoot strikers.

Been wearing size 13 and these fit like my 15,16,17,18,19 and so on.

I do have one friend who can't wear them because the toe box is too wide for her feet.

I think that this Nimbus 20 is less resistant than the first one I had, I am using the shoes for 3 months now and the shoelace is already showing some wearing signals.

Having worn the Nimbus for over 5 years now I don't see any improvement in the design that warrants such a price.

I usually wear a 10 wide (2E) in New Balance.

With these shoes I do not need inserts as these have very adequate arch support.

But as soon as I started wearing it, I realized that the tongue on this shoe is too big/long and stiff for comfortable wear.

It keeps hitting my ankles to the point where it leaves red marks on my ankles after just an hour or two of light wear (walking to/from car to lunch on one occasion and a trip to the grocery store on another).

but I really don't think this shoe will get much wear from me.

but since I can't wear it, I'll give it a 1.5, rounded up to 2.

When I first took it out of the box, I was very happy:  shoe seemed comfortable and well made.

I use them for everyday use and am find them really comfortable.

She raved about how comfortable they were and the perfect park shoe.

No regrets i feel so comfortable wearing them.

I wore these right out of the box for a little over 2 hours, most of which was walking around and they were incredibly comfortable no rubbing and I did not find any issue with the tongue being too stiff as I have seen mentioned in other reviews.
