Also bei Birkenstock gibt es aus meiner Sicht nichts zu meckern, sie sind zwar teilweise etwas teurer, aber die Qualität und Haltbarkeit gleichen dies mehr als aus (man kann ja auch auf Angebote warten).

Da wir bereits mehrere Paare Birkenstock Schuhe (Gizeh und Arizona) besitzen und mit diesen sehr zufrieden sind haben wir uns für die kalte Zeit im Jahr (die ja jetzt wieder ansteht) noch jeder ein Paar wärmere Amsterdam Modelle zugelegt.

Lieferung erfolgt schnell (2 Tage) und wie von Birkenstock gewohnt in einem blauen Birkenstock Karton.

Der Tragekomfort ist wie für Birkenstock Schuhe üblich sehr gut!

So last year I bought a pair of Birkenstock Boston.

Being a bit of an optimist, when I saw the Birkenstock Amsterdam, with wool felt top, at a local designer store, I decided to try Birkenstock again.

I love Birkenstocks - they are comfortable, provide space for your toes as well as arch and heel support, and - if taken care of - last for years.

but measure about 13cm wide at the 'bunion' area if that makes sense) I have very narrow feet however through a life of flying as cabin crew in high heels I've developed lovely bunions which measure at their widest point to point 11cm - yet these still fit perfectly, nice and snug but not rubbing or uncomfortable whatsoever.

but most importantly SUPER comfortable with a good firm arch support (not memory foam or anything but in my opinion way better for support), perfect for house slippers or out and about, which in my experience helps plantar fasciitis greatly - standard for Birkenstocks!

I need comfortable shoes that I can walk in, inside and out, climb ladders in, wear when driving the youngest to/ from the train each day, etc.

They're lightweight, all the weird bumps are in the right places, the wool felt is very comfortable against the skin, they look a lot better than Crocs, they can be worn with or without socks, they're roomy

Because they're so comfortable, I'm even learning to love the look of my new Birkenstocks.

These clogs have a thick wool felt upper and are very soft and comfortable.

I wear them around the kitchen just so I have some support while I cook.

I plan to wear these through the summer since they're wool and they breath, plus, their light color works for warmer weather.

They are nice enough to wear to work or a casual night out.

A podiatrist recommended I always wear shoes with support, even at home.

I've been wearing them for about 6 months now, every day as soon as I get home.

.I have 2 pair I only wear inside my house & 2 pair for running errands/casual wear.

They fit great, have good arch support and look nice.

I get my Birkenstocks in size 38 Narrow (N) because I have found that to give me the best fit.

These were no different; they fit beautifully.

My feet are wide so after a few hours my pinky toes end up hurting from rubbing on the sides.

I would recommend trying a pair if this is a style you like, and then order another if they suit you.

They also seem to make me tired, I think because they cause you to stand back on your heels more as the soles are "rounded".

Perfect for Birkenstock wearers I have worn Birkenstocks for the last 3 years and decided to try a pair of tennis shoes and these were recommended by another Birkenstock wearer.

Cushy, comfy and roomy This is a very comfortable sneaker for regular to wide feet.

Super comfortable and I am super happy with my purchase.

The most comfortable shoes I own I bought a second pair because these shoes really made my feet feel comfortable for 9 hours straight walking around work as a nurse.

I received these shoes from someplace else and I'm glad I purchased them.

I purchased Ryka based on other reviews that mentioned the shoe was good for wide feet,

They fit right outta the box I have maybe five pairs of Rykas.

But I love that the fit my feet don't get tired during the day.

That being said, I wore them out to dinner after getting them and did not have any foot pain or discomfort.

but too tight I was really thinking these were going to be just right for my feet because fitflop makes shoes for wider, chubby feet, but unfortunately these were much too tight on the top 2 bands and squeezed the top part painfully.

They did not allow my foot to slip down into the foot bed, so the shoes look long on me.

However, if you wear socks with these shoes, it can be slippery.

Most every well made high end priced shoe companies are cutting shoes more narrow now instead of remaining true to their brand such as Birkenstock, crocs,dansko, all are getting narrower.

I love the chunky all black look and they're super comfy and supportive.

Comfy shoe I love these shoes and wear them all the time.

I wore them on a recent trip to Europe and the were comfy enough to wear all day walking and sight seeing.

but these have enough room on top and soft edges that are comfortable at the contact points.

The double straps did not fit great on my foot.

Fitflops are now a flop I have foot problems and wore fit flops for years.

It fits well with a little give in the length.

but now $$$$ rules the Game:( regardless, these are well made leather shoes with a good ortho base and I think they’ll fit great on an average foot really nice, just not for people with bunions, swollen feet conditions etc.

It holds your foot, and dresses up or down Whether I’m wearing a skirt, shorts or pants these shoes give me the pulled together look I require.
