but I found my toe rubbing against the steel toe box which was uncomfortable around the house and would have been unbearable after a few hours on a job.

There seems be a little too much room in the toe box, at least with the size I bought because there’s some abnormal discomfort on my big toes because the opposite side of my foot doesn’t have enough surface area to prevent excessive movement.

The soles have little to no traction and after a good rain any dirt or sand you get stuck to the sole makes it impossible to have good traction.

If you care about keeping the shoes clean, and I know I am in the small percentage of folks here, the perimeter (sides) of the rubber soles seem to collect dirt and grime very easily and is very hard to remove.

The soles seem to wear a bit faster than expected as they seem to be more sacrificial on concrete surfaces as I am not one to drag my heel when walking normally so I assume it has much more to do with the materials used for the soles and the tackiness to better guard against slippage.

but unfortunately 13 regular is the biggest size they offer at the moment and it is too small for me.

I will be returning them since they don't fit me right.


I hope golden fox will reimburse me or exchange my defective boots !

Sadly, they did not fit me right so they will not work for me.

Regarding these steel toe work boots, first off I want to say that as far as build quality and quality of materials goes, these appear to be 5 star boots.

Hands down the best work boots I've EVER had - And I've had a lot of work boots.

Decent boot for the price
I’ve noticed that not a single person has said anything about the boots they receive versus the picture.

So the boots actually cost me $112 which is a great price.

Seems they have made a steel toe work boot that really doesn’t need to break in!!!!!

They are nice boots, especially at the price point at which they sell.

As of now I would recommend if you are looking for a lightweight, breathable and extremely comfortable boot as long as you know these will wear faster being a wedge.

They are the only style boots I will wear considering my back and feet end up in much better shape at the end of the day/week.

The boot is well made with good materials.

However, these are by far the most comfortable work boots I’ve ever worn and they needed absolutely zero break-in time.

However, if comfort is your #1 concern when purchasing work boots (like it is for me), I have a hard time believing you’ll find any work boots more comfortable than these.

It doesn't even look like a steel toe work boots at all, it looks like the "usual" Timberland classic boots.

Whenever i just wear on casual days, running errands and stuff like that it looks great on almost anything you wear.

Great construction boots
I have had these boots for a year now, I work outside locating utilities at construction sites.

They are great boots, comfortable, waterproof, and steal toe came in handy for sure!

Every single other person on the trip was miserable wearing their boots for that long, whereas my feet were feeling great!

I seriously might start wearing these boots recreationally too just because I like the look and feel so much.

I ordered an 8.5 in these boots since there wasn’t a wide width available and they are very comfortable and I have plenty of room for thick socks and/or inserts.

however they are comfortable and so far waterproof.

They were honestly just as comfortable (if not more comfortable) than if I had been wearing tennis shoes or something.

So finally I got these and I am SO HAPPY that I want to order them in every color and would even wear them casually.

Im usually a size 9 in women's and that's what I ordered and they fit perfectly.

I've only had these boots 9 months b4 they started falling apart inside.

The inside , back of heel is separating from fabric.

And it traps my foot inside untill I can force my fingers inside by my heel to assist the fabric passing my heel.

but these ones were a little cheaper cuz they've been returned.

Had to return those and ended up with 8.5.

but if you’re looking for a sturdy pair of working boots these will not do and I feel weren’t cut out for too tough of labor.

I’m disappointed that this was allowed to pass the Ariat quality assurance process, and frustrated at the extra effort that I now need to put in to make this right.

I am strongly thinking about ordering a second pair for casual wear for they look as good as they feel.

His Ariat workhog work boot purchased through Amazon third party Discount Boots was a winning scenario and now our go to with any future purchases.

It’s been a couple months and I am well pleased with these boots.

I cant take anything away from these boots.

but I can honestly tell you that right straight out to the nice packaging that these boots where amazing.

its incredible what this company has accomplished in the work boot category.

I highly recommend both Amazon and these incredible boots.

If you work on your feet all day or work in muddy, wet, or oily environment or just want to look good in the most comfortably boots money can buy , do your self a favor and get a pair of Aria boot.

Comfortable great looking and the tread and non slip worked great on ice and snow from the resent storms.

but after break-in, they are the most comfortable footwear I have owned.
