had to return/exchange

Hoping the return and reorder goes quickly.

I received my shoes today 4/8/2021 when I open the box the shoes looked like someone had already worn them and return them So disappointed can’t return them now because I need them for tomorrow 4/9/2021.

I need to return these, tried them on today, to find (2) right shoes? 0i/09/2021

Altough I could've lived with the shoes I decided to return.

but will be returning the blue pair for sure.Hope the brown ones are better!

I have worn the shoes 4 times and the interior lining on the sole has come apart from the shoe, cannot wear any more, 6 days after return window closed.

cheap-quality

They where complete garbage,and still to this day never worn!

I'm not a fan of the thin glued, fake or real suede inner lining.

I really can't tell what's fake or real leather on these!

I've never in my life had a leather(might be fake(idk)) sole so hard and Polish!

Might have to get a wire wheel on that sum bitch, and knock off some of the varnish!!

but they are definitely an imitation made-in-China type knock off.

I think after close examination the uppers were imitation leather, not real leather.

The leather looked inferior and when I put them on, they felt like I was wearing 2 sizes more than the size I ordered.

sole

but the biggest issue is splitting in the stitching in various places between the soles and the uppers.

but I know from prior experience that once worn, the sole gets roughed up and is not as slippery.

A little wider than expected, and, I am not one for rubber soles.

However, the sole of these shoes began to separate after only about one MONTH of normal wear (a few times per week at an office).

But have compensated that with the assistance of a pad from Dr. Scholls.

The sole is worn out and needs to be replaced.

small-size

Some were to small, some were to sloppy one had a toe that went on for 3 inches past my own toe The one that fit was in the medium price range.

but after just a couple hours i had blisters on my heels and small toes.

Wore outside after very small rain shower and now shoe is stained and will not come out.

Size and Fit: My guy has a very small foot-he normally wears a US Mens' 6 to 6.5.

Enjoyed it for about two weeks then I walked in a small puddle of water.

size

I wear size 13 and these looked like snow ski on me.

I always order a half size larger for what would be a "normal" fit.

however the shoe size I ordered was a size 7 and this fit more closely to a size 8.

I checked and double checked with a shoe insert cut to a size 7 and it just wasn't even close to the stated size.

but the size was to big so i had to get a smaller size.

but the size was a bit too large for my feet.

but I ordered these a half size larger because of not having my regular size.

I was nervous about the size given the toe and what I read about people sizing.

In Justin Boots I'm also a 10.5 D. The size 10's for the Stacy Adams seem to fit me like a 10.5.

Typical Stacy Adams out-of-the-box comfort!

I had my last pair of Stacy Adams last for 4 years and they looked better on the exterior after 4 years than these do after 2 months.

I've our Stacy Adams shoes before and they wear well,

I have purchased three pairs of the Stacy Adams and had no issues with the black pair.

STACY Adams are for the sophisticated man like myself, where could I go wrong.

He has owned several Stacy Adams brand shoes over the years and has always appreciated the fit and durability of them.

I have an 8 to 10 yr old pair of Stacy Adams that still look fairly good.

Cowboy boots/work boot are 11-11.5 depending on brand, ariats typically run true to size for me!

My daily wears are cowboy and work boots, and it's almost every year they're getting replaced!

comfortable

these are great looking shoes, and relatively comfortable for wingtips,

but comfortable and extremely good looking.

As such, these are a perfect fit and comfortable shoe.

Great look, very comfortable and great fit.

The shoes are comfortable, fit, and would be loved if only i got what i ordered.

They actually fit my feet so well I have to untie them to take them off.

My husband loves these shoes they are the perfect fit.

But because of the design,the toe box is narrow, and along with a cushioned insole, the shoe fit him great.

They fit exactly as expected, and they look awesome.

Now, I do wear them very frequently for work, and am often my feet so they get a lot of wear.

but now less than a year in I've completely worn through 2 of these pairs.

So, while there is a lot I like about these, I'm just not sure the value is there if this is a shoe you plan to wear on a regular basis.

My 15 year old Santinos wore out so I tried to find the next best square toe.

A fantastic looking two-tone brogue shoe that has lasted me a year without significant wear and tear - the soles are still functional and the bottom of the shoe, while a bit worn, is not extremely so.

Highly complemented shoe every time I wear it.

These shoes were delivered after being worn extensively.

However, i wore them for the first time yesterday and 5hrs later and my feet were fine.

Be warned, this is a retailer that charges for returns.

but I'd recommend other customers buy from retailers with free returns if they think the shoes may not be kept.

During the return I wasn't refunded the full amount so asked about it when their return policy came up.

but didn’t have time to return for the right size.

Had this not been a Christmas present and I not working with a short time frame I probably would have returned.

But the free return convinced me to give them a try.

Thought about returning for next size up.

Took it to Kohls, returned them, and to my surprise it was not a refund

width

Wish they had a wide in size 15 available.

The toe is a bit long so go with your smallest size and wide so your feet don’t look too long.

My only issue is despite being an EEE width, they seem a little narrow.

Shoe was way too narrow, it was a nice looking shoe,

This shoe does not feel or look like leather, and since I am a size 14 I do not recommend for people around this size - we already have big feet, don’t need to look like a clown by adding another few useless inches.

Tried the same shoe on in person at a store so I new to get half a size smaller than normal.

The shoes are beautiful, I didn't wear them because the size chart was wrong.

but I always check the foot size in inches or cms so I bought a size 9, and that is what is wrong, the chart of foot size in inches, it does not meet the truth.

but definitely needed a smaller size or thicker socks.

These were at LEAST 2 sizes smaller, could not even get my foot into them.

damage

I did wear them on some short walks to scuff up the soles a bit so I didn’t slip on carpeted surfaces.

After buying 70 dollar shoes that got wet and pieces started pealing off.

I scuffed the heel and it started to peel away like a trash bag that was glued to canvas.

This pair in black off Amazon shredded and lasted less than 2 months of wearing in.

Peeling and cracking of the "leather/soles".

There waa as one scratch on the shoe i could see clearly.

until I got home and saw they were literally tearing apart.

Shoe has scratch because of the handling.

but it's very annoying that both shoes are scratched on the top.

choice

I was trying the “try before you buy” option for the first time so I had to deal with customer service for a while.

If you have wide feet, be sure to select wide or else you won't be able to get your feet in them.

Remember to choose wide if you have a wide foot, and a half to a full size up in length.

Leather uppers affords me the option to have them stretched by a cobbler.

These Stacy Adams dress shoes look and fit wonderful.

I've worn Stacy Adams shoes for the last 38 years and the quality, style and fit have always been spot on.

Definitely a great dress shoe, bought these to replace another much older pair of Stacy adams.

but these Stacy Adams fit me very very well and i plan to buy another in a different color.

I need to change my brand of shoe from these Stacy Adams to something different.

My running shoes are 8/-12 EEEE so I was worried that these Stacy Adams 8-1/2 EE was not going to fit.

First pair of Stacy Adams Shoes I have found to fit my 14, 4E's!

By the way, style tip - these with blue denim jeans (preferably a bit longer and baggier) makes a cool western vibe, and the shoes almost look like snakeskin boots.

That said, I now have the Dickinsons in black, burgundy, and indigo, all are super comfortable and that’s huge when working all day.

Wore them at my 70th birthday party and my feel was comfortable all night

They've held up well and are comfortable than most dress shoes I own.

but really comfortable right out of the box.

I like them and they are comfortable enough for work.

Overall really comfy and easy to walk in.

But I won't know how it wears because I had to return it.

The sad part that I never saw anything on the listing that returns were not free.

It was too large never worn, wish I could return.

I wore them less than an hour before this happened, and they promptly were returned.

If you take an EE width, this shoe probably isn't going to work - unless perhaps your foot is just a little wider than a standard D width.

It was not wide enough, it hurt the top of my feet and I order a 14w

I believe and think you should show actual type of feet to know what size to buy as far as width and length because your shoes are an A+++Class.

but very very narrow and I do not have wide feet

This made it hard for me to try a larger size.

We ordered the wrong size and was quickly sent the right size.

This is just a bit small in the vamp of the shoe.

genuine-leather

Unless man makes cows, I’d have to say these are not 100% leather.

but either way I returned them which was very easy and ordered an actual calf leather shoe from another brand and got the shoe I was hoping for.

but one was outside the box when they arrived, had a few scuffs, the "leather" looked spray painted.

The top tongue main part of the shoe was man made "leather" The shoes are way too long, they were at least 2 inches longer than my other shoes.

One shoe came with a scratch in the leather, also not in original Stacy Adams shoe box and the laces were put in two different odd ways ..

What I received is a shoe with a super thin leather upper interior lining while the rest of the shoe is man made.

they aren't really the kind of leather that you can shine compared to some better shoes.

uncomfortable

I managed to uncomfortably squeeze my feet into them for 2 days,

Uncomfortable just sitting and standing in them for 2 hours.

The tightly narrow uncomfortable feel in the foot.

I bought these Stacy Adams for my dad for Father’s Day and he loved them, he’s worn this brand for over 30yrs.

Not much else to say other than I have several pairs of Stacy Adams shoes and boots.

Just don't assume your search for the perfect shoe is over when you place the order for this shoe in EE width if you have truly wide feet.

If given enough time I wouldn’t have purchased these shoes.

Shoes had wrinkles and the stitching on the soles/shoe was painted black in some areas.

terrible cracks on the leather making a good product a complete waste

Metal shoelace hole ( upper 4 holes ) digs into tongue of shoe, damaging it.

Leather sole that can be replaced or repaired unlike synthetic soles.

but the dye did not seep in deeply, so scuffs stand out.

interior

The upper leather and lining were poorly stitched together.

It is hard from inside and will take lot of time to set in.

but the vinyl lining means the boot has no flex.

It was about the thickness of 3 credit cards, and I only took a few steps in one boot before questioning if it might fall apart before I could return it.

So I returned them and ordered the size under that and they are still a little to big!

plastic

They’re flimsy and feel like a sheet of fabric around the feet.

but the entire upper of the boot so cheaply made.

Never have I come across a product as cheap as these boots on Amazon or from Stacy Adams.

I have always like Stacy adams shoes they fit great.

Stacy Adams are awesome real leather shoes!

but fits perfectly and has the quality feel I'd expect of Stacy Adams.

I have 5 pairs of Stacy Adams shoes, they look great and more importantly they are very comfortable.

I have owned many Stacy Adams dress shoes over the years.

I don't understand why cause I have several different pairs of stacy adams the are sized 10.5 D and the fit just perfect!!

You have to take these boots for what they are.

They're the Only God Forgives boots which is the rad part.

But use them as disposable cool boots mate.

I restore, patina, and shine men’s dress shoes and boots as a hobby.

I wouldn’t trust these boots on a trail or on the sidewalk.

Have loved these boots for stage productions for years.
