I am a delivery driver so I walk and drive 10 - 11 hours.

I found that the lack of a big bouncy insole is a huge asset because I need to feel the nuance of the pedal and the terrain I’m walking on (be it gravel, asphalt, concrete, dirt, grass, mud, etc).

but they make a pair of tough boots.Takes a bit of time to walk these thing in but once done,they will last for a very long time.I used to buy Redwing and then,I found these.I think they form their own soles as well.The toe box is wide,made on a boot last unlike some others which are narrow and pinch ones precious toes.

At this point I knew I could wear them for an 8+ hour work day and would be enjoying having them on vs counting the hours/minutes to get them off.

If you have wide feet and want a good fit immediately they are not for you.

Everyone's feet are different so this won't solve everyone's issues (especially those with wider feet - the EE doesn't really seem wide enough)
