My only complain about these boots is that they don't come in my size.

These slipped right over my kids wide feet, his heel settled in, and before I could make any further assessments of fit he jumped out of my arms and ran around the house smiling and laughing all the way.

In addition to the slightly wider toe box, I think these are so easy to get on and move in because the material has just the right amount of give.

.Well we got them today opened up the box and low and behold..THERES NO STRING TO TIGHTEN ON THE BOOTS!!

well  my wife has been bugging me to get my son some rain-boots and so after two house of looking at rain boots she pointed out these for my son, she wanted them because of the string on the top so they can be tightened at the top.

Love these boots - purchased for a second time.

My son loved these boots and was upset when he realised he was unable to easily get them on any longer as he had outgrown them.

The original boots still look like new despite having been through countless puddles, mud, grass, etc.

These boots lasted less than 8 months before they split on the sides and came away from the sole and the sole itself is just shredded and no good.

But the leather cracked and they lost waterproofness.

Enough that I thought a small amount of moisture may be getting in or coming through the holes at the upper boot.

The fit in the heel is loose despite the difficulty getting the heel fully seated in the boot.

I wore them on a dog walk this morning and I continued to notice looseness in the heal and tightness across my instep.

Bottom line: a good-fitting boot is one that you forget you have on once you're 5 minutes into wearing them.

However, right now, they are the best of a mediocre to bad fit for me (I want to emphasize it's not that the boots are mediocre or bad - they appear to be a quality boot that will last a long time, I'm evaluating the fit of the boot hopefully to help others who might have a similar foot to mine).

The biggest thing I did not like about these boots was the grip on wet concrete.

Ive been using these shoes for my motorcycle and they have slowly over time worn through the top of the shoe and now 12 months later I need a new pair of boots.
