It’s more like a vinyl that has been sprayed or stuck on the shoe.

After 1 day of wear in Disney World the vinyl Minnie wording decal peeled off the side.

There were a few spots where I wondered if it would peel off over time.

It comes with a cute Minnie Mouse shoe box!!!!
