but unfortunately I couldn't get my foot in as wide feet, it was such a shame as these boots are extremely well made and very beautiful casual boots i was gutted.

Let me start by saying I have only worn these boots once.

I have quite narrow feet and found these boots to be almost too narrow.

There were none available in a narrow width;

Of the 10 pairs of combat boots I ordered, most were too heavy, too stiff, too wide or looked like they were actually a size 13!

Zipper is not heavy duty or high quality and was not fluid moving up and down.

but not stiff enough for footwear, imo. Even after I adjusted the laces, which were barely long enough to be threaded and tied in the usual way, the leather rippled on the sides and didn't offer any support to my ankle or foot as I walked (which may have something to do with his big these were, but also due to leather type.)

Zipper quality could be better for price point.

I was really skeptical about buying these shoes.

They are super comfy to wear straight out the box.

I always buy insoles with arch support and I don’t think I need them at all for these boots, as the cushy footbed fits nicely.

These boots are ultra lightweight and the leather is soft. WARNING!

They are probably the most comfortable boots I've ever had.

The shoe feels like decent quality leather with a soft suedette lining making them cozy.

They stretched enough for me to be comfortable within an hour.

The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they are noisy when walking around my quiet office.

I wouldn’t walk long distances in them,

I have to lace them REALLY tight so my foot doesn't flop around in the middle of the shoe.

This sealed the deal with confirming Keen shoes run very small as I've had the same problem with a few other attempted orders.

Listed as men’s, they are women’s sizes.

The listing clearly states men’s sizes, upon arrival found out they are women’s sizes.

I ordered an 11 and they are more like a 9.5! I laughed when I attempted to put my foot in one and my partner said, "Did you order the wrong size?"

I did return these because of my toes getting caught in top of shoe when walking.

Fit like all other Keens, soft and cushy footbed, wider toe box that I need.

I was extremely pleased to find these so comfortable right out of the box.

My feet are wide across the metatarsal so as usual keen has kept that wide toe box fit.

The souls on Keens wear forever which is really nice.

but substantial and  even has enough cushion & arch to make my arches happy.

Soles have interesting tread that looks like octopus tentacles.

There’s plenty of room to wear these with socks.

When I say 9.5, it's true as my partner kept the shoes because she wears a 9.5 and they fit!

On my 3rd pair I ordered a size 8 and they shipped a size 7.

I returned them and ordered again and the shipped another size 7.

How can they ship the wrong size 2 times.

Had to remove soles of shoes in order to make them fit correctly.

It does have a wide toe box so no worries there.

Shoe comes with an awesome cushiony insole.

I got these shoes for an upcoming vacation.

Still not sure I'll be taking them on vacation because these seem to need breaking in.

I even tried going a half size up, and still just too tight there.

I have a somewhat wide foot so ordered a half size up as there were no wide widths.

They're more narrow and there's very VERY minimal arch support.

but it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of arch support!

UpDATE for THIS REVIEW: These ended up being nothing like my previous pairs of keen shoes & I went back to wearing the older pairs & just put new insoles in them because the insole in these is thinner & the outer sole is too big.

It was making me stumble, like I was wearing high heels, which I would never because I love my feet!!

They are really cute and comfy with a decent arch, cushy footbed.

Once I did that, the shoes are so much more comfortable.


They look great, fit true to size and are comfy

I got a second pair and now this is the third and I still have all of them, they hold up extremely well, I work 50 hrs some weeks and omg my feet love them and they’re super cute.

For about $10 more, I got the dependable fit & comfort of Keen, with the included dork factor!

I just sent them back, so i can order a smaller size, sucks that they won't exchange them cuz now the price is like $40 more.

The only reason I can come up with as to why my feet didn't follow the 'order a 1/2 size smaller' rule is maybe the width.

I've never had a pair of boots under size 11 actually be too *big* for me, and these are too big by a huge margin.

But if you do order, SIZE DOWN and be ready for the style you're getting.

Well even with THICK socks I couldn't walk properly in these as they were waay too big.

My foot is sliding all over, with medium-thickness socks on!

And now the sad part, because I'm returning these since they have too many deal-breakers for me: First, this boot is ENORMOUS.

They are also the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever had.

=) To start: I have no complaints about the quality of this boot, and it is EXTREMELY comfortable -- if I had a pair that actually fit me (so I wasn't sliding around in clown shoes), I could easily walk around all day in these.

For boots, they're very, very comfortable.

Usually, I need an 11 B in boots, and it's a snug and comfortable fit.

The actual quality of the boots is quite fine imo, and they're extremely comfortable -- one of the comfiest pair of boots I've ever put on.

Best Boots I've Ever Had
I bought my first pair of Justin boots ( style# L2559) back in 2013.

The foot part of the boot in the picture is close to the actual color,

These jeans slid straight into these Justin boots without hesitation.

But in-person, it has a serious "work boot" look.
