Poor fit for me
I usually wear an 8 1/2 medium, in this I ordered a nine.

had to buy a new pair because the treads were falling off and I had worn out the inside.

I doubled up my socks while wearing my shoes because I will say the back of the heel is very stiff.

it bumped slightly (even with thin socks).

and in all honesty I think it was my sock being too tight.

I give it only 4 stars because of the sizing.

2-3 years ago, needed to order down a size, now, can't even buy a size 9 and must order a 9.5 which is the exact measurement of a size 9

The front of the shoe is too narrow -uncomfortable, and the heel is too wide so it was coming off of my foot as I tried to walk around the house.


My heel hurt while trying out these hikers .

CON: --Back heel areas can rub the wrong way particularly if you have a messed up ankle.

This little issue will be a big problem walking the cobbled and hilly streets of Greece and so  back they went.

Even with wide toe box, good looking shoe, not boxy or clunky looking.

but curves in middle and heel fit is snug so no slipping.

Too narrow, too long
This shoe is much too narrow to be considered a "slip-on".

My foot is a normal width and I had to wrestle to get each shoe on.

(This isn't the first sizing issue I've had with J&M)
