If I sized down another half size they wouldn’t fit, so it’s not a sizing issue, just a design issue as the back of the shoe is straight and doesn’t hug your heel.

I've ordered an earlier iteration of this shoe and the 8 was perfect as per their own measuring guide, this shoe is tight.

I bought these for HIIT training and they slip off my heels when I do exercises where your weight goes on the balls of your feet (jumping, lunges, mountain climbers, etc.).
