Honestly can’t even wear them out of my house early in the morning because of how squeaky they are.

I initially ordered the 13s and they were so tight in the instep I could only wear them for about 20 minutes before my feet were in pain.

I wear a size 12 normally, and bought a size 12; I partially agree with those that say the shoe runs small,

My only complaint is that the pair I received were clearly worn before.

The bottoms of the shoes were dirty, and whoever had worn them had stepped in a sticky/gummy substance.

These came highly recommended from a co-worker.

but still not what I would call a wide toe box compared to minimal shoes, and despite the wider than average toe box, the instep fits VERY snug.

but if you have wide feet it's likely to be problematic for you.

The minor issues: Very round toe with no real outer protection so lunges and anything to do with bending your toes is a little uncomfortable.

Probably a better sport shoe (like tennis or squash).

And on the weekends, thanks to a generous shoe box, they are comfortable for multiple miles of walking and prolonged standing.

The tongue and heal padding is awesome, and the slightly larger toe box allows for good forefoot expansion and toe grip.

The toe box is wide and the mesh expands enough not to cramp your toes.

During the weekdays these are a great workout shoe for strength training activities - not too cushy and sure grip.

Weightlifters Dream
I am a 62 yr old retired Marine that has worked out since I was 14, and I can honestly say theses are the best weightlifting shoes I have ever owned!

Comfortable and Stable
These are probably the best general workout shoes I have ever owned.

Even if you don't do crossfit these are great shoes for lifting.

They are extremely comfortable, provide outstanding stability, and feel like you are standing on a comfortable platform that has a perfect pitch/angle from heel to toe.

There is enough room in the toe without being excessive and the stretch mesh makes them really comfortable on my great toe ( which has eventually bothered me on some shoe shapes previously).

They are stable for lifting and have a good smog fit.

They are the most stable feeling shoe I've owned.

I found myself on a prolonged business trip with limited luggage capacity so I had to choose my clothing items wisely.

I have heel pain without the right support as I work an oncology unit and always on my feet then we add 7 days of workouts, these won't cut it.

They don't grip the heel as they should which could cause injury with all the movement I do during workouts.

I like them, they are light weight, breathable and the toe box is not narrow.

Right  out of the box it's a beautiful shoe.

I was immediately surprised when I put these on right out of the box, they felt so comfortable, like they were my good old worn and true exercise sneakers.

Pros: - There is ample room in the toe box area, so there are *no* toes being pinched, and the tops *don't* press down on the big toe.

Perfect shoes for Zumba and Jazzercise
Love the light weight of the shoes ; circle under the ball of the foot makes it easy to pivot and move on the wooden floor.

A great workout shoe
My son bought me these for my adventure back to the gym after breaking my femur at my knee.

They are not too hard, nor the mushy memory foam type which I hate in exercises shoes.

This is a comfortable shoe that works well for dance exercise class

Comfortable Fit for Workouts
I was looking for cross trainers as I normally lift then run during regular workouts.

These sneakers are comfortable and agile for both.

but Not A Lot of Side to Side Support
This is a comfortable shoe that is true to size.

They are comfortable enough once I added the orthotics so tonight I am going to see how they hold up to a 12 hour shift so atleast I can get my money's worth out of them some how.

Otherwise they were comfortable to work all night in a hospital with no issues.

The have a nice appearance and, like most Ryka's women's shoes, the cut does fit well.

So I added my orthotics which felt great and fit perfect!

Shoes are light weight and don't have a high platform, so you don't lose your balance landing on a Step.

3+ months of usage and the sole by the heel just ripped apart from the mid section.

Bumpy insole
The insole has a weird bumpy texture.

This could be a problem with anyone who feels those inserts are absolutely necessary, so I feel it's important to mention.

I tried inserting some gel inserts over the insole cushion and it led to it feeling way too cramped.

The shoe with its default insole contains a "grippy, pebbly" feeling at the bottom.

There was no "breaking in" period, they fit great right out of the box In-depth review: I took a gamble on these shoes because I had never heard of this brand.

The box was in great condition, they were packed with tissue paper and the laces were perfectly laced.

These were comfortable right out of the box.

Can't Decide Whether or Not to Keep Them
I have a small narrow foot, and the right shoe was almost too short (my right foot is a little bigger than the left).

When these shoes first arrived I thought that they couldn't have been the right size because they looked too small.

Soles coming apart
Been buying Mizunos for awhile.

Soles coming apart, and you can see the shoes are barely worn.

Uncomfortable soles
This was the third pair of Mizunos I had bought.

Soles were nowhere near the soft soles I had grown accustomed to so I returned them today.

4 days after that window closed,  the sole began coming apart, as shown in the attached pictures.

Don't buy this shoes, poor quality and not comfy

BUT, downside is, the sole material is VERY soft, and after 8 weeks has worn right down to the inner material on the heals, and the front bottom has almost no thread left, and looks like the front spring is about to break thru.

The soles wear through way too fast, the inner lining always rips, and the shoe shape deforms too fast.

If you wear these shoes for truly walking on sidewalks and/or pavement they will not last!

I wore through a pair in less than 3 months doing security work.

I've worn the other "spring coil shoe's for over 7 years, and that's all I wore.Little did I know until to late that they were the cause of my feet going completely flat,to include the ball of the foot.

And will more then likely buy another pair.One quality control point, the left heel pocket just below the top roll of foam has worn a hole to the the plastic heel cup.

The company says that the shoe's slip resistant soles are softer and therefore not able to handle that condition.

I'd prefer longer sole life and skip the slip resistance.

No I would not buy these again, the heel springs have failed.

but again the heel cup fabric started wareing theu before 30 days and in short order the entire heel cups plastic was exposed.

but they are just slightly wider than usual, AND seem much longer than my other shoes / longer insole than I'd expect based on the standard specs for the sizing I ordered.

I think this isn't resolvable unless you give up on the slim / pointy toe aesthetic and make shoes shaped like a real foot.

I just bought some Whitin shoes on Amazon and these make me very happy - perfect length and I personally love an aesthetic proportioned like real feet too. And much cheaper actually (shipped with no box which is fine by me.)

I have a narrow foot and thus shoe has enough strength in the fabric to form a supportive fit.
