He'd worn holes in the current pair and they were falling apart.

I'm ready for the new slippers, although I have found their sizing to be a little small (i.e.- I wear a size 11.5 shoe,

They do fit small, I wear a size 14 shoe and they did not fit,

but this slipper in size 14 was about half a size to a full size too small.

Well, I ordered size 10M and they don't fit -- too small.

Sizing Chart is Not Helpful -- Should be Clarified
I called Amazon to ask if the sizing for US was for the shoe heel to toe length, or my foot.

They should come up at least another half inch to make it feel like the slipper is gripping your foot better instead of so low that you wonder if your feet are going to come right out of the thing.

These slippers hint at what he remembers about Romeo slippers- they have a stretch panel to make for easy on and off.

Since then (two years later), I've ordered this pair, not because of any concerns with the previous pair (I'm sure he probably would have gotten another two years of use from them).

I ordered these Doc Marten's in the navy size 7 women's and am having difficulty breaking these in.

I got both of these boots in women's size 7 and they are a little large

but I realize these don't come in half sizes.

As to the stiffness in the navy Doc's, I will take them to a shoe repair and see if they can soften the leather or sell me some type of padding to put on whenever I wear them.
