These shoes use a thick synthetic fabric for the upper, with generous padding inside.

The canvas upper feels like it has a thin layer of plastic inside, which is slightly crinkly sounding.

Since they are not completely waterproof this makes them much more breathable and your feet do no sweat that much in them.

Comfortable right out of the box and good fit.

The fabric is elastic and the padding compensates, I expect it will settle into a comfortable shape.

I was happy that these fit exactly as described and were comfortable enough for regular use.

They feel robust, comfortable while still being rigid enough for heavy duty.

Fit and Comfort: I gave them a quick 2 mile walk on mixed terrain, right out of the box.

They also fit well on an average width foot.

It might have been better for wearing outside if the insole was left as foam with some sort of texture to help keep your foot in place.

* Machine Washable Cons: * Too small - I got a medium (9-10) and I wear a size 10.

* Insole fabric I think will wear out pretty fast if you wear these on the daily and use them as outdoor slides.

Plus I think it will trap smells more if you don't wear socks.

but over-time like most memory-foam insoles they’ll likely flatten and become less comfortable; I know from personal experience wearing other shoes from this brand that this ends up happening with frequent use over time.

It's made of a semi-hard plastic, and just doesn't feel good or conform to the shape of your foot at all.

-The top material feels like stiff plastic.

There is only about a 1/4" of memory foam which is not enough especially since it's just hard plastic rubber underneath.

Despite being a size 10 they fit very snug around his feet and I realized it would have been better to size up to Large (11-12) in this case for this product.

As a result sometimes he has trouble getting them on and taking them off when switching rooms - it’s definitely not a smooth fit.

If you’re considering getting these you should consider sizing up for a better and more comfortable fit.

The too-thin fleece covering doesn't help much.

You can feel the airy type cushion if you use your fingers to push on the insole.

But then again that comfy and warm insole is what Dearfoams are known for.

Yes, I'm a camo pattern fan and these look really nice the gray/black colorway.

* Some of the slide is made form recycled material which is always a huge plus for any product you buy.

If you can catch these on sale somewhere, I think it's a good purchase for the camo pattern fans as long as you get the right size.

* The insoles are nice and comfy for the short try on period.

* The outer sole has some texture on it as well to help keep you from slipping.

And due to the thickness of the bottoms they add a considerable height-boost to anyone wearing them.

Squishy Soled Slides
These soft and squishy slides are good for shuffling around the house, or doing brief errands like taking out the dogs, getting the mail, or throwing them on for the school run when you know you won't get out of the car.

Not the most attractive things, these are definitely comfortable, with a soft padded and cozy footbed and giving foam strap and sole.

With the footbed being fluffy, these also work barefoot,

I’ve had these shoes for roughly a month, and so far they are holding up very well.

The design is terrible in that the place where the lace goes through is very weak.

The design of the lace hole is horrible and needs to be completely rebuilt.

When I tried them on and tightened the laces the plastic part holding the two together immediately broke.
