Color: the colors are bright and vibrant just like the picture the shoelaces that are yellow actually have some slight pink dots in them

but I am used to using the Pegasus running shoe after putting these on and walking around in them on two separate days they fit pretty well, and I have not had any issues with my feet hurting

When I received the package, the box was very disheveled I’m sure that’s due to transporting the product and the drivers could care less what happens to it.

Just don’t make the decision to NOT buy these..( based on the negative reviews) I almost didn’t buy these because of all those negative reviews…that would have been a mistake…and I’m glad I went ahead and bought them….they’re basketball sneakers…they’re supposed to be firm .and they're pretty comfortable …they aren’t “cushy” running sneakers…don’t buy them if that’s what you want …but if you do like the way they look…get them…

but not totally because there was debris in there from someone either trying it on or wore them one time the product that I ordered was brand new And it supposed to be in brand new condition now I didn’t make a return or anything and I’m very satisfied with the product.

My only concern down as I get into these are how narrow they are.

Anything over 7 miles at a time and you get into some discomfort.

Broke easily, wore out quickly
My first pair broke an eyelet hole.

My second pair developed holes in the heal cup and gave me blisters within two month.

but the Torin 7s aren’t made like they use to be Got a replacement pair and all be d*mend if the right one didn’t start getting a hole in the uppers on the side.

It’s a shame to because I have a pair of Torin 5s that yeah the uppers started getting a hole in them

Had these shoes for less than a month and not even gotten to wear them on a hike yet and the left one is already split like this.

Not happy with the narrow toe box
This shoe would've been perfect if Altra kept its wide toebox design consistently and without compromise across Torin versions.

A couple of muted options would be greatly appreciated.

Kind of disappointed with the white foam and generic options.

I might have to wear thicker socks and/or tighten my laces more than normal.

The tongue is too short and slides down, which cause the laces to bite into your foot.

Update: After 10 hikes in these shoes, the short tongue is really creating a problem-It constantly slips down under the knot in the laces.

The black doesn't come in wide, and it's always sold out.

Cons: Same as with all Hokas in my experience, they fit narrow and a little short.

***UPDATE after 3 months & lots of hikes: I can barely tolerate wearing these shoes on hikes since the afforementioned problem of the too-short tongue which makes the knot bite into my ankle!
