I like these because the opening is smaller than must waterproof boots have, which means the fit a little more snug, which I like because it doesn't slide when walking.

My biggest concern, some other styles/brands, that get advertised with practically identical marketing pics (so it's almost impossible to tell which is which, yippee) get pretty slender closer to the pads of the feet.

I would say I have regular to slightly wide feet (I've never NOT fit into shoes bc of width- maybe just feel squeezed, if anything), and these THE most slender chelsea rain boots I've had.

BUT if you know you have wider feet, I would caution that these are possibly not the boots for you.

I can see how even -slightly- wider feet could make these really unbearable.

but these are so narrow it was putting pressure on the bones in the side of my foot.

The style is thin and narrow and tapers to a more pointed toe (not super pointy

I'm still breaking them in a bit especially in the slightly narrower toe area

Like most rain boots they aren't warm, so if you're planning on wearing them in cold weather I'd recommend sizing up to accommodate thick socks.

Also, you have to wear socks with these because the cushion sole in the shoe isn't actually glued to the bottom of the shoe and is easily removed while pulling out bare feet (found this out when I tried them on at home).

These boots didn't come with any obvious/superfluous dried glue on the inner seams, which is generally the part that gives me the most trouble and instant blisters in the past.

These boots are so casual and classic that even on a non-rainy day they look sleek and cool.

Comfort: The elastic gore makes them easy to walk in, since unlike many other rain boots I've owned they flex at the ankle easily.

Overall, I definitely recommend these, especially if you have small or delicate feet (like me) and need a lighter, more flexible rain boot, or if you're just looking for a more fashionable rain boot!

The most perfect sleek and narrow Chelsea rain boot!

I've gotten several variations of these boots from different brands over the last few years, and these aren't bad.

but I've LOVED wearing around these boots in really vibrant colors (people compliment me on the colors all the time).

Traditional rain boots are clunky, usually heavy, and almost always pretty ugly, so I'm delighted to have found these!

Fit was a tad big, particularly in the width.

fit was a little tight (wish they had half sizes) I usually wear no-show socks had to change that felt uncomfortable when walking since the rubber is a little stiff around the ankles, and since they're rubber your feet don't breathe much, looks like a rainboot nothing fashionable about them.

However, the size they advertise are a bit bigger than normal.

But the size that I got, 10, which is what I usually wear, is too tight.

The top of the boot was really hurting my ankle while walking as the material was really stiff.

I wear them in casual and business attire without anyone looking at me funny like I wore clown shoes or something.

I have had several pars of these of the years and love them; the new orange sole adds some pizzaz to a rain boot-type of footwear.

My Go-To Rain Boot
You'll need some insoles if you plan to wear these guys all day like I do.

Kept my shoes from being destroyed by salt etc and they replace the need to wear a larger boot (most days).

These boots are very comfortable and I wear them all day long at times.

Other than that, it's a really comfortable pair of rain boots.

I really wanted to love these boots, they have a great concept.

I live on the West Coast so these are great to just slip on when it's raining or just wet outside.

You can easily walk on wet brick or a wet hallway floor without fear of slipping.

The design and the material are perfect for a wet day outside.
