but the straps do not stay in place causing your foot to constantly slip in them.

but the hump for arch support is way too dramatic, and the straps gave me a blister.

Upon closer examination each of the eyes the strap passes through is tearing.

This model will cause friction and pinch blisters on each side of the foot where the strap loops in.

This sandal would be great if you could tighten the top straps enough to keep them from flopping around and allowing your toes to slide out over the front edge.

Two pieces with very limited play, when they could have made it one strap that you can really tighten up.

Well they were too large and straps not adjustable so I am trying a smaller size!

worn-out

The plastic loop broke after less than two months of casual usage.

These broke after a month of wear so I mean not awful

The strap holder broke after two short weeks of wearing them :(

Just like everyone else’s reviews, the rubber part broke after just having them for a day.

but unfortunately the strap broke 2 days outside of the return window.

I gave it one star because it broke after 6 weeks of normal wear, mostly on the weekends.

Shoe broke the first time they were worn.

The third time I wore these the rubber ripped that holds the straps making them unwearable.

but I tried to adjust the straps and they tore out of their loops almost immediately I only wore them for 4 days total.

BUT it turns out the foam material that the straps are weaved through rips super easily!

If you trip or someone accidently steps on your heel, they rip wide open.

Sandals fell apart after very light use:  Flimsy material holding the straps ripped while walking to my mailbox.

Where the strap is attached on one side, it completely tore away from the sandal.

Bought these Chaco sandals just shy of a year ago and they've already torn at the same place other reviewers had warned.

After everyday use, nothing crazy, they ripped 3 months later.

To be honest, when I saw these I KNEW they would eventually rip from the exact spot they ripped from.

had to return/exchange

Even with the lauded "warranty", it would cost me almost as much to return them as to buy new ones.

My return window has closed so I’m screwed.

Side plastic/foam broke not long past return window expiration.

Unable to return since past return window…should be able to return since they broke.

I'm not going to deal with exchanging another pair since they seem to fall apart after a few months.

irritated my foot, returned because too narrow.

I returned because it was not comfortable.

Edit to add:  Unlike all the other Chacos I've worn these just didn't work, returned.

walking

I literally only wear them to walk around in my house and they broke this morning!

but I wouldn’t be caught dead walking a 5k, even if it were for charity.

I couldn’t walk anywhere without having to readjust them every 3-4 minutes.

Just started wearing them again the last few months and they broke on me while walking.

Stable when walking on the gravel parking lot to the car.

but the strap broke on one of them just walking writhing 5 months of having them.

The sad thing is that I was simply walking and the strap broke through the pass through.

Overall, just be aware of what you’re walking on/through/into as mine were nowhere near as durable as I was hoping for.

I wear a mens 10.5 and even the 9 was so big it literally fell off my foot as I was walking around.

Not the longevity I expect from the Chaco brand.

The Chaco Chillos provide the comfort and support we need.

I’ve owned many Chaco sandals over the years.

I can't believe CHACO made such a cheap product.

The only positive is that Chaco exchanged the first pair for free.

These slides are so comfortable and this price absolutely couldn't be beat!

Very comfortable sandals also provide good arch support.

I LOVE these, my sister has a pair, which is what made me grab my own, I tried hers on and they are so comfy!

These are very comfortable and stylish - yet they run one size larger across the board for me.

This sandal is great- waterproof, very comfortable, adjustable, and supportive.

Out the box these are definitely comfy and good for wide feet.

The inside doesn't have the nice texture of their traditional sandals so when it's warm I imagine not as comfortable. 3.

but if you’re looking for a more supportive footbed you’d be better served with a Birkenstock or similar footbed.

I do have an arch so these are so supportive for my feet.

These were the most comfortable, supportive sandles I ever wire, right up until the piece that holds the strap ripped.

The slides are comfortable, very supportive, and easy to clean.

Turns out that the 11 actually fit me perfectly.

I wear a size 11.5 Nike running shoe and the size 10 Chaco fits fine.

Excellent fit without pressure and best of all my feet don’t slide in and out of the sandal.

This product fits me well in regards to my normal size of shoe that I wear.

I have Chacos with the heal strap that fit great and I like them.

Chaco Women's Zcloud Sandal

The back strap is a bit loose and there's nothing much I can do about it, I dont really care tho its still a good shoe overall.

I am still getting used to the toe strap.

It appears during manufacturing something wasn’t done correctly and I got one shoe I was unable to adjust the straps.

Then I tried the left shoe, I tried to loosen the strap that goes from the ankle to the front left side of the shoe, and it would not move.

Takes a little while to get all the straps adjusted,

Back strap doesn’t seem to get tightened and the sandals are quiet heavy!

The two positives of the shoes are the vibrant color straps and sturdiness of the sole.

While the Skechers’ straps are stiff and rough - they can be customized as well at a certain level.

But like other people have been complaining, the triangle parts connecting those straps of the Skechers really hurt the feet.

Make sure you want these shoes and will like how they fit or you’ll lose money on the return.

but I can return them because I already use them.

I sized up - typically a 7, my toes overlapped a tiny bit with these 7s, so exchanged for 8s and I think they are perfect.

I will be returning and considering a different brand.

Too long and drag and hard to adjust if I hadn’t worn them outside I’d return them 😕

Having read that the Chaco straps are often a problem with the doubles, I returned those and opted for the single wide strap.

but I returned them for the ones with no toe straps because I want to be able to wear them with socks

however I had to return it since it was too big.

pain

Not used to having arch support, so after a while it does seem to hurt.

but I wore these on a cruise and after wearing them for a few hours I got terrible blisters and my feet’s were so sore

but when that strap tightens up over the big toe it seriously hurts.

but no matter how much I adjust the straps they are way too tight and cause me a lot of pain.

It hurt a little to break them in, BUT SO WORTH IT!

uncomfortable

Though they are adjustable, they still seem to hurt my feet due to how uncomfortable and rough the strap material is made of.

These are the most uncomfortable sandals.

I mostly hate shoes because they are uncomfortable.

They did feel a bit uncomfortable at first

They're extremely uncomfortable in the heel area.

If they’re not properly adjusted, the fitting will be very awkward: the shoes can look like they’re in wrong size, and your feet can be painful wearing them especially in the toe areas.

Feet are sore when getting used to wearing them.

but I found it hard to want to put my feet in them because of how sore they made my legs and feet feel.

Unfortunately, after a day of wear, my feet were killing me.

My last pair was sent back for lace and sole replacements with Chaco.

Got my pair (color/patterns: florist) for $42, a great deal I ran into with Chaco adults sandals.

First impression: cushions of the Chaco footbeds in the arch area are giving me similar feelings to my Nike Benassi Duo Ultra Slide Sandal’s ($40) - they’re  very thick(or high?

And the Chaco footbeds are much more harder, with small square patterns that kind of massage the feet (in a good way).

The overall built of Chaco classic is more solid than Nike’s, and the design makes Chacos definitely a better and safer option for outdoor activities.

Nevertheless, I think the Chaco cloud models might be a nicer choice if softness of the footbeds is taken into consideration.

The “fake” Chacos weren’t good enough last year.

So comfortable and great for working outdoors or hiking!

So comfortable I want to wear them inside!

These sandals are so comfortable you can wear them everywhere even working out.

Conclusion: both shoes are comfortable to wear.

although comfortable as well, Skechers’ footbeds are of much less friction(might be less good for hiking or climbing), and not as much of close fitting to my feet as Chacos or Nike can be (side noted that I’m not flat feet) Third, the straps of these two are made of very different materials.

It took me a bit of time to adjust the straps for a comfortable fit;

but as I've worn them they've adjusted and now fit perfectly!

I have a wide foot with a high arch and they fit great.

All in all I appreciate the way they fit.

I adjusted them multiple times and got the perfect fit,

I'm usually an 8.5, wide width when it's available and I love the way these fit.

Reordered the 9 and they fit just like my old ones.

I feel like I wasted my money because I can't even wear them.

I have worn them quite a bit and haven’t had any blisters.

I had this issue before with chacos that have been worn many times

I think I’ll still wear my Sketchers with socks on,

But, once the adjustment is properly done, the wearing experience is top notch. PS.

But with Skechers I wear size 5, so do I wear with Chacos.

Teva Women's Olowahu Flip-Flop

The strap on the toes hurts a bit so I cut it off and I love them do recommend maybe a bigger size

My only complaint is the straps are a little narrow and cause my feet to swell if I have them on very long.

.you have to adjust the straps a little at first until they break in to fit your foot.

Because of the stylish straps, I need to take care when putting these sandals on, so my little toe isn't in the wrong place and tangled.

the side strap (pinky toe side) is awkward.

I find myself avoiding using these because my pinky toe escapes and then the strap goes btwn my toe.

The side strap was way too tight and caused the thong to cut into my toe.

I ordered this same flip flop and size a couple of years ago and had to reorder because I lost them.

Too bad I didn’t do “try before you buy” cause now I can’t return them since I have tried to wear them in.

I had return them because they were so tight.

I would like to still return and need a bar code , not a label please due my printer being broken.

I wanted to like these, and hate the hassle of returning them,

small-size

but they are too small and tight around the straps and between the toes.

but they were far too small even though I got the same size as my other Teva sandals.

Wish they had half sizes, the 10s are too small, the 11s are too big.

I love Teva's and so I bought these to take on vacation- paid for the shipping so i them in time and when they arrived and I went to put them on - they were way to small.

Fits  my size 7 well, cute and cushy, potential issue in friction in my small toe area

The footbed was softer (too soft) and easily broke apart into small pieces.

Definitely order a size up, these were too small for me and I usually wear a 5.5 so I thought I was safe.

The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars is because they run small.

They seem a little narrower than a previous pair I own.

My feet are just average width and I never have this problem with other shoes.

I’m a size 11 fairly narrow foot, difficult to find flip-flops with a long enough front section such that my big toe is not hanging off edge.

They were very narrow, and I don't ever buy wide shoes.

These shoes were not true to size as they said they were.

I also wear them as slippers and around the house, taking the trash to the dumpster, and for running errands.

These are sold via the Teva store in Amazon, so they are not fakes.

I received a horribly cheap knock off looking shoe.

They give great support, and I have crappy feet so you know that’s a good thing!

There it was, I've been suckered into buying a cheap imitation.

Last year I found a knock off, instantly regreting the purchase when I put them on.

but otherwise super comfortable and not cheaply made.

Every year I buy a new pair of flip flops at Target or wherever, and every year pout about wearing crappy uncomfortable flip flops.

It made me wonder if they were really Tevas or just a chinese knock-off; anyway these ones fit great! : )

Very comfortable, love everything about them

They are comfortable and form to my feet with time.

I get a pair of these every summer because they are so comfortable - they're all i wear.

but the shoes are very comfy and the foam feels great.

Yet these shoes are comfortable, a good value for the price, and nice looking.

Seem like they'd be comfortable if they fit right

She has a very narrow foot and the 1/2 size smaller than she normally wears fit perfectly.

These fit perfectly with plenty of strap room,

but they stretch out and now they fit perfect

I have a really narrow foot and these fit nice and snug.

They also have enough give in the straps to fit someone with a wider foot as well.

I wear them when I get home from after I take my tennis shoes off from a long day at work on my feet and they help the pain I have

I've been wearing Teva Women's Olowahu Flip-Flop for years; they generally hang in there tough through a lot of tropical backpacking trips
