The problem was that it isn’t a durable heel.

It only lasted probably like 4 days (I only used them to walk on concrete or tiled floors for probably 3-4 hours) until one of the heels broke off.

Other reviews mentioned they were too big, so I ordered a full size down.

Plus they were super wide and I didn't order a wide width.
