however, I wore the shoe to church and the cap fell off the first day.

After wearing these shoes to work one day the heel tips are considerably worn down - and I’m certainly not on my feet all day.

Can't wear stockings or leggings with feet!

The inside material of the shoe, is very slippery, and allows the feet to slip out of the shoe while walking, if you are wearing stockings or feet-in leggings.

I had to go into a restroom to slip off the stockings to keep from tripping over the shoe that was slipping off my feet!

I gave the shoes lower stars because the heel caps didn't last.

The main issue I have, as others have mentioned, is the heel tips.

I will take it to a shoe shop for replacement because there were no extra hill taps in the box.

I did not receive any replacements with my order.

Picture & Description Incorrect
First let me tell you that this has been my go to shoe since 2010!

The problem I have is that neither the pictures or the description state that the 'Black' version is a shiny patent leather style and not a non shiny, grain/textured leather like the pictures show.

The price is much higher now and since the error is with the listing and not with me,  they should honor the same price.

The service girl finally agreed that the listing pictures and description are not correct

Amazon should let me choose the 'Black 001' option for the exchange or at least offer me an inconvenience credit to cover the price difference since the listing still shows the wrong shoe style.

I spoke to customer service who were kinda jerky about me wanted to exchange them instead of get the refund and repurchase them again.

but they aren't willing to do anything extra to resolve the issue just give me a refund  and purchase a different material of the shoe at the new doubled price than what I originally paid.

This is obviously a big difference and not the shoe I ordered.

but said I had to order the exact same model as the first pair even though it seemed likely that I would receive the same wrong pair again, but I followed her instructions, sent the first pair back and of course got another pair of the wrong shoes.

Unfortunately, I had to return them to Amz only because I sized down because my size was not offered (6.5M).

may need to return if heavier socks and posterior heel cushion do not do the trick..

I have a small size 6 foot and couldn’t get my foot in the shoe.

The top of my foot was bruised from how the hard patten leather over the top of the foot and the arch angle from the heel bent on the top of my foot.

I brought shoes 5/30/23, I only wore them twice and there is hole on top of shoe at the seam.

but regardless the style is so classy and versatile with dress slacks for work or jeans.

They are super cute and the 1 day I wore them to work I got tons of compliments. Unfortunately…….

To go with a beautiful blazer I bought

Florsheim Men's Lexington Wingtip Oxford

but not wide enough for a 9 Xwide even though I ordered a size up for my husband who has a bunion.

For 10.5 wide (EEE), these are too narrow.

Compare to Rockport same size these are also about a FULL 1/2 inch shorter and entire shoe about 1/4 inch narrower.


Just needs some stretching - somehow there isn't a wide enough option - 3E isn't quite enough.
