Very pleasantly surprised--Used for hiking the Narrows at Zion
I've owned many pairs of hiking boots over the years--almost exclusively from mid-range priced named brands known for the outdoors.

Comfort:  I did a short 2 mile dry hike at Zion that gave me the confidence to try them in the water.

I finished the hike with no blisters, feet or ankle pain.

Waterproofness:  Just before the water level exceeded the height of the boot, I confirmed it was indeed waterproof.

wore these boots for an entire day from 7:00 a.m. in the morning till 9:00 p.m. that evening,  they held up very well, did keep my feet dry, and they were extremely comfortable.

I was impressed with the water repellency and comfort, In all fairness I did spray the boots with product 303 water repellant and so far I am 100% impressed and pleased..

Comfortable Hiking Boot
I thought these boots looked nice, love the color.

I've worn them for a few hiking outings and they are really comfortable and have been a good boot with good traction.

Good enough for what I need
I need a decent, low cost shoe and that was what I got.

These boots are used for heavy work in the yard and around the house, a job for which they are well suited.

I am happy with the comfort and fit straight out of the box.

I wear a seven narrow in birks and these normal sevens push my pinky toe in and rub on the side of my foot.

I wear 7.5 usually, and the 7 is just a bit too narrow while the 8 is a little wiggly.

As a comparison, the size 9 sole of this sandal, lines up almost exactly to a sole of a size 8 similar foot-bed type Madden Girl sandal - and this size 9 sandal fits slightly more narrow than a size 8 Madden Girl.

If you have a really wide foot, I doubt that this is the sandal for you --- even if you size up.

I have a pair of Birkenstocks, and don't get me wrong, they're amazing.

Best Birks Dupe
First of all, I spent a lot of time checking out a LOT of Birkenstock dupes to find just the right combination of good reviews and good price while looking as close as possible to the real thing.

They seem to be good quality and are very comfortable.

But for 35.00 these are just as comfortable and they're leather.


They are lovely, comfortable and arrived sooner than expected

The straps across the top of the foot also feel soft and not hard, or uncomfortable.

These fit perfectly and look nice at the same time.

These shoes literally scratched up my ankles!

After they scratched up my ankles I even tried wearing two pairs of socks then three and NOTHING worked!

but they were for work so they got scratched and I’m sure they wouldn’t have refunded me any money.

They were so painful to have on and I couldn’t wait to take them off once I had them on for an hour.

They are so stiff, so inflexible, and feel quite a bit heavier.

In addition, they start falling apart right away so you will still need a tube of shoe goo, insoles and decent laces.

I’ve also been able to wear them while hiking and to music festivals with no problem.

I’ve used the light tan, or “desert” version of this boot for years, and I love them.

The best similar boot in this category is undoubtedly the L.A.P.G.
