My only quibble is that I wear a half-size, so no matter whether I order medium or large, the slippers will be either too small or too large.

but I do think these run a little large which is why I went with the Medium vs. Large.

However the large was much too wide and about an inch and a half too long.

The Medium was too small, tight, much narrower than the large, and my wife's toe was right at the end.

The company needs to possibly change from small, medium and large, to actually sizing, as there is too much variance between the 2 sizes.

Went a Bit Cheap on the Inside
The stitching on the inside isn't lined.

I've also noticed the seams seem prominent on the inside, I wish they were a less noticeable,

So, the only reason I am giving a 4 instead of 5 is the inside is not as soft as I'd like and the seam problem.

Like trying to walk on sponges without your foot slipping off.

but, it’s like walking in socks with a kitchen sponge stuffed in the bottom.

One eventually cracked on the sole so that the cat water could get my feet.

I have noticed that the footbed does not have a lot of rebound so there are definitely impressions of my toes inside.

But I think it'll be cozy warm this winter (if I wear socks so it doesn't rub the stitching against my heel.

I have dialysis 3 days a week and can be in there up to 5-6 hours each day …Anyone that knows a dialysis center knows it is SERIOUSLY cold in there ….since I have gotten these my feet aren’t getting cold and that part of your leg that gets uncovered when your britches ride up when you sit down stays covered too or at least for me it does….I am not much of a shoe wearer during the Texas summer and not really one during winter unless I just HAVE to go somewhere …These don’t make me want to kick them off after having them on for so long…The feet part are a a little big because I wear an 8 1/2 and had to order an 8/9…

They are comfortable and most importantly keep my feet and ankles warmer.

LOVE the Slouch Slippers
I wanted a slipper that would keep my ankles and lower legs warm here in the northeastern winters.

These slippers are nice and cozy, so they keep my feet / ankles warm.

I like how warm the slippers are on my lower legs.

The boot part fits well, not too snug or too loose, and it stays up if it has something to adhere to (like over pants), otherwise it would slide down my bare leg.

they are warm in winter and cool in summer.

Comfortable, warm in winter, cool in summer and last for a few years.

The sheepswool lining lasts really well keep your feet warm in winter and comfy in summer.

Those winters are a sure test for comfort and warmth and were more than welcome by the recipient!

but found them so comfortable just don't change them anymore.

Whoever said these are true to size doesn't know what they are talking about.

but runs small
Had to send back as it runs small.

The slouch boots are too small length wise and width.

Medium were just too small and large were too big.

Not Sized Correctly
My foot is a size a men's size 10.5.

but couldn’t get a fit for size 10 feet.

but had a horrible time getting a size that actually fit.

even though I wear size 10 shoes, I had to get a size 7½-8½ in the slippers to get a normal fit with about an inch of toe space.

But it is too short for my toes and too narrow for my feet.

My first pair lasted through daily all-winter use for the past 5 winters, and I finally purchased a replacement pair.

In college I bought my first pair of Acorn slippers and loved them: the fit, the feel and of course the warmth made them my favorite winter gear.

As we’re sliding into the colder, wet season I am happy to say my feet are once again, content.

(width was not a problem they are comfortable in that regard).

In this regard they are quite comfortable, and overall well made.


Warm comfy, good sole for going outside!

A Classic
Growing up in New England, finding warm slippers that lasted and kept feet warm was an issue.

durable

The soles are solid so you can wear indoors and out.

but durable for the campsite as well (although I'm sure that sort of use would reduce their lifespan).

but still good (with socks)
