Never thought I would enjoy a hiker as much.

Getting ready for my hiking trip which is a week away and after much reviews and research i decided to go with these and i am so glad i did.

The fit is just right, not too loose or too tight.

I have another pair of Columbia hiking boots and they are great too.

So far, love this hiking boot
I bought a half size up, since some of the reviews suggested that and also so I could wear thicker socks in the winter.

but I ordered a size 8.5 based on other reviews and they fit me perfect.

The other pair fits great and are a size 8.

I ordered an 8 1/2 and that seems to fit fine.

It fits nicely even with thicker thermal socks on.

Took them on my first hike yesterday, and I have to say they fit so well that I forgot I had new boots on.

This shoe is not wide foot friendly, recommend sizing up, I went with size 11 and it fits great, probably can go 11.5.

If you plan to wear thicker socks or wide feet, dont waste your time>> SIZE up 0.5 size!

Great Hiking Boots
I was looking for a new pair of hiking boots after my last pair fell apart.

These boots are comfortable and didn't require a break in period which was awesome.

The boots had enough support overall and were pretty lightweight.

I probably won't be able to wrap thick winter socks in them, so for that I would definitely order a size up.

Based on majority of the reviews that I have read,definitely go a half size up!

I wear a size 10 and these boots are a size 10 for me.

I could see how you might need a half size up.

They don't need a huge breaking in period, except that they're quite narrow and tight especially closer to the toe area and sides of feet.

Otherwise, they're a really nice looking hybrid boot - super warm, and comfy.

Luckily, even without thick socks I can tell they will be very warm so I'm not too concerned in my case.

but it feels snug upon putting in on, not anything out of the ordinary.

If you rub your hands on the bottom of the boot its the non slip kind of rubber.
