Off Size Tells A Story
First, these shoes run a size too big.

Sadly, whatever positives I write after are impacted by these shoes off size.

In fact, the size chart in the tongue of the shoes don’t even have an English version of the size, which displays why they are off sized.

It was hard to pull up to lace them on and it wasn't surprising that after 4 hours they had slid down again.

Which did lead to the laces biting into the top of my instep--not terribly so,

but needed insoles and I don't even know how to address the tongue issue.

Fit my husband as expected
My husband normally wears a 7.5-8.

These are not made for standing around> I wore them to two 12 hour EMS shifts and we do spend time sitting and not on our feet all day, and they were okay as it was

However there is not much support in the soles.

The bottom cushion compresses a lot when I stand up and it kind of feels like I am feeling the back of the rubber covering the bottom of the slipper a bit.

Tighter Fit Than Expected
I wear a size 7 and a half and thought the whole size of an 8 (can only order in whole sizes) would be great as I like to wear thick socks in the winter.

When I got them out of the box, I had on a pair of ankle socks that weren't very thick and the slippers were fairly tight.

There is a seem on the middle of the inside which will rub against your big toe if you don’t push your heal to the back of the slipper as the sole forms to your foot- hence, size up to give your feet space!

The soles are grippy, the construction is perfect, the lining it thick and fluffy.

Trying the shoes on they are non-breathing and trap the heat making your foot hot and uncomfortable.

The materials used in the manufacture of these shoes have a very repulsive chemical odor.

They appear to be well made with comfortable insoles and nice gripping soles.

I have worn them all day through a 10 hour workday and they still feel great.

They can be worn with or without socks and still feel super.

They were the lowest grade boots out there without any special padding or comfort.

Four months ago, I finally decided to retire those old basic training boots because they had absolutely no tread left on the bottom, which gave me no traction on foot.

To my surprise, 3 months later, I noticed a small hole forming on the front left area where the side sole and toe cover suede meet together.

My right boot has almost completely separated the sole from the front of the boot so you can see my sock/foot through the side of the boot.

Certain part of the boot are already starting to wear off, and the soul is already starting to come off just a little.

but stay away from these tactical boots, unless your ok with glueing your soul back together and busting your ass on wet floors.

but no quality it should at least take 6 months to a year before the soul starts to fail, not impressed.

but in about 3 months the stitching feel apart on the outer side of both boots.

Cons -wouldn’t hold up and that’s the sad part 3 months is not enough for a boot of this price!

It took 10 years for my laces on those boots to finally snap and I had to replace them,

I continued to wear these boots for another month and I am absolutely astonished at the horrible quality of these boots.

More than being angry, I am absolutely, completely disappointed that your "tactical boots" couldn't even hold up to daily wear and tear of just walking and working in them.

but your boots couldn't even provide me with a normal shoe quality time duration.

I do not want to pay for another pair of boots 4 months after I bought brand new ones,

They are slick on damp or wet floors and they aren’t made to Australia they are made in china.

I was expecting these to be a little more wide and lacing them up is more difficult than most.

I hate the way these boots lace up it doesn’t make any sense why they designed then that way, why not just lace them the way normal boot lace up idk.

I loved how they looked and they definitely looked padded and comfy, way comfier than my basic training boots.

Pros +comfortable +great grip on the bottom + easy to lace and quickly.

Was very surprised with the quality of this boot normally I purchase very expensive name brand boots of same style and have to say I am wondering was I wasting my money in the past!

First off I do wanna say that this is by far the most comfortable boot I have ever, ever , ever worn and the break in was not bad at all,

They looked very comfy, padded and sharp aesthetically.

April 11th 2022, my Rockrooster Vega boots arrived on my doorstep and I couldn't have been more thrilled to rip that box open and try on some actual comfy tactical boots for the first time in my life -- and this was after my military career.

Very comfortable, they look cool, could be better.

The boots are comfortable and very supportive and I like the look of them alot.

2 month update  still very comfortable, light weight my knees feel much better than they did with heavier work boots.

In comparison to my basic training boots, looking back on it, I wish I would've ordered another pair of those just because I know they would've lasted me way longer.
