Putting them on is a bit of a chore as these shoes do not include a grab strap at the heel area to help you to get your feet into them.

As a result, the heel back tends to collapse and you need to work that back up and into position.

but still miss, and wish that they would have included, the heel grab strap that others do.

For all the complaints I read about these shoes, I am most disappointed in those that claim these shoes are too narrow for their feet.

but I find the fit and function to be excellent and would recommend these to anyone looking for a pair of athletic shoes.

I enjoy the unique sole and find it to be very comfortable as well.

However getting two sets of insoles and laces for a new pair of shoes is almost unheard of and adds to their overall value.

As a shoe that is meant for good health they have included insoles that massage you feet for responses from other parts of the body.

The bottoms have some interesting mouldings that grip quite nicely and are, sort of, anti-slip.

however , once I put them on I felt it loose above my foot by the laces area.

The laces are pretty cheap and would probably break if you pull too hard.

The sole is a little on the thin side and I think to be able to wear this, I’ll be putting in insoles for added support.

There's not a lot of padding on the soles and I think if I had to wear them all day, my feet would ache.

I would not want to wear these in the rain though.

but you'll need to wear a thicker sock if you buy your normal size.

They are sized larger than I would expect as I wear US size 10.5 to 11, and I ordered a size 11.

but it's not for long distance running, maybe not for me because it starts to hurt my feet after weeks if running and outsole gets loosed as well I had to glue it back in place, it was a minor though, now I wear it casually but not for workout at least for me.
