The plastic heel on the bottom of the shoe fell off after just 2 times wraring

The only problem I have is the insole in one of them came unglued and bunched up making it uncomfortable.

I will have to buy inserts to make them more comfortable, for the price I didn't expect padding.

the fur is only around the ankle (not through the boot), the suede is quite stiff, the zip is on the outside and a bit awkward to pull up (previously on inside and much easier to use) and despite being memory foam sole they are quite hard underfoot (it feels like they've used a harder rubber for the sole).

My only Criticism Is that they seem extremely heavy I  Notice it especially when walking up several flights  Of steps of course that could be Simply my issue Because Of the chronic pain that I experience on a daily basis,  Because Accidents years ago Left me unable to walk for 5 years And with extreme spinal issues.

And these are the perfect fit, ankle height, color/material, heel height, etc, to go with pretty much my entire daily wardrobe.

Love these boots - they look great with pants and skirts, keep the rain off, and seem sturdy.

Just a cute pair of boots that were casual (jeans or leggings with a cute sweater/basic shirt), yet also something I could dress up slightly… (and by “dress up” I just mean something I can wear to work with a cute skirt and sweater during fall/winter months).

And as you can see in the photos, I’m just wearing leggings and a basic top on my day off and these boots still look great.

This was disappointing and will not be exchanging for another pair.

I took them to my local shoe repair shop and they suggested I return the boots because the deco straps ruin the leather and there’s nothing to be done to stop it.
