The nominal shoe size is off by one; so, if you use US 12, get a 13. 3.

It does run small and seems not heavy duty, so value depends upon price.

Shoe size is not accurate
I have been wearing size 12 US made shoes since  about 1965.

SIZING - I typically buy size 9, which they did not offer.

My foot barely fits in the shoe and I wish I would have ordered one size up.

I suggest you buy your normal size or consider sizing up from the provided chart.

COMFORT & SUPPORT - There is zero arch support and no rigid structure for the sole of the shoe.

I feel the cushion compress beneath my feet when I walk and it is not comfortable for me.

I got the black leather and they look as nice as more expensive leather dress shoes that I own.

If you were just wearing these at home, or not spending much time walking in them, then they are better than hard soled dress shoes.

Wrong size description
Advertised as 11 Narrow.

These should have been described as 11C, not 11 Narrow which is inaccurate and misleading.

The only problem I have is I'm only able to find EEE widths and I need EEEE width, so have to stretch a bit for comfort.

Nice dress shoe
As usual from Amazon, the shoes arrived quickly and in great shape.

A trustworthy company
The shoes are made from a very high quality material, their color is unique ( I bought the cherry black) and it fits my husband’s feet as expected..

They quality and fit has always been excellent until recently.

I will say that what I liked most about this brand is that the shoe fits the first day and does not feel like it needs a break-in period.
