My only grape with this colour is if you wear them with jeans, expect a dark line to appear withing a week or two over the Skechers logo from what I assume is the transfer of the jeans where its touches.

As the shoe weathers (especially after repeated exposure to rain and moisture), the finish becomes a bit mottled and worn.

However, as you wear these daily, the bottom of your trousers will continuously rub the top of the shoe creating a shiny patch.

However, I know that they seem to tighten up over the first few weeks of wearing them.

The insole of the shoe starts to show wear after 2 months of daily use

After approximately 8 months, the glue holding the sole to the shoe began to loosen in a few spot (mainly at the toe)

I will always buy sketchers from now on not from throw away companies cons -a little heavy -i wish they had a model with higher ankles for those hot oil splashes/hot water splashes

Where the shoes might fail people is walking.

If you wear them for walking a considerable distance, say a mile or so in one go, the shoes sometimes they feel like they rub at the heal or sides of the feet and the Memory foam insole doesn't feel like it supports as well as it should leaving the shows feeling hard on the feet.

The little elastic relief flaps has elastics pop and hang out, which loosened the shoe a little.

But most problematic is the fact that the insoles wore through after a year and a half of mostly sitting, getting about 40 hours of wear a week if I didn't take them off for a few hours in the office.

However, they fit well, are comfortable and easy to put on.

Those lists were not lying, the shoes are comfortable and even after standing for long hours my feet still feel fine.

I'd recommend these shoes for anyone who needs to stand for long hours, or just needs comfortable shoes for general office based work.

Great working boots
It is a great and comfortable boots, with soft foam in the sole, thick 2.5 mm leather and they are really easy to put in and out.

They are super comfortable, can be on my feet all day long and they are still comfortable at the end of the day.

I noticed a slight peeling of the sole at the toes of both boots after about a month.

The next fall I took the boots out of the closet where they had spent the summer and wore them for a total of three days before the entire sole began peeling off of the right boot.

For $35 the store glued the sole back on.

The day before the sole began falling off I was wearing them in a fast flowing creek.

I don't believe that the soles repeatedly peeling off constitutes normal wear and tear.

The Mucks are also far less bulky and are easier to wear.

The insole/footbed are easy on the feet during long days and overall they are much more comfortable than the Dunlops.

Great boots
The best boot ever, warm in very cold weather with one pair of sox, waterproofing is great have had no problems on last 3 pairs, may feel heavy at first until worn a few time's after that great fit!


They fit well, are very warm and are csa approved for work in canada.

They are snug through the ankle and calf and grip the heel nicely.

The Mucks have a much nicer fit than the Dunlops.
