Have other Ecco shoes, never had an issue with the width, these are way to narrow for my feet.

but it is the 'bridge' area ( the area after the toes which is far too narrow to allow a foot in) of the shoe that is so tight and small that it was impossible to get my feet in.

Size is on the tight side, recommend half size bigger than your normal shoe size.

Wear a 41 and got a 42 so I could add cork inserts because I like the feel better.

But ECCO, you spend 50% of your life walking and you will not be sorry, they are the best shoes I can find.

This shoe would be five stars if it fit like the Ecco Track II.

but my Ecco shoes have been very robust after years of use.

My feet have never had any issues with comfort in any of my Ecco shoes, these included.

I am very happy that Ecco incorporated Gore-Tex waterproofing into these.

Between me and my husband, we’ve easily purchased this shoe, in several colors, at least 10 times!

I bought a “nubuck cleaning kit” that has a brush and an “eraser”, and it works like a charm!

Even at that price I was happy to find them, and bought them immediately!

They’re probably the most versatile and certainly some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. Sadly, (and I hope I’m wrong!)

but after finding the size that fit they are really comfortable and great shoes.

They were sized bigger than expected .

They missed the size by half an inch
I own a pair of very similar (almost identical) Ecco Recipricos (I wanted the same model,

but Amazon didn't have them), they fit very tight (which is nice, you can make tight into loose, but not the other way around) I ordered the same exact "size", from same manufacturer/brand and they are over half an inch too big.

had to return/exchange

I can't really return them, as they where forwarded to me by a 3rd party into another country (MX) it is a double waste of shipping resources.

Amazon should institute some sort of partial refund mechanisms for not so expensive items that aren't practical to return

I would also suggest adding holographic sticker or seal to prove items are new and not returned (used) items

foot moves all around inside, loose fit will cause blisters if you use them for long walks.

Normally  7, I ordered black leather in 7-7.5.

Looked and felt more like a rubber boot than a leather boot. Returned.
