I ordered a woman’s size 8.5 and they do seem to run a bit wide in the mid foot/toe area.

She would have ordered a size smaller if she knew they came so large.

The laces are elastic with little stoppers on each end so you can tighten them as you need.

They are very light weight with good cushion for walking.

The soles are comfortable so they should be good for walking and normal wear.

Bought these for my son for XC racing.

Giro won't warranty them because they were purchased from Amazon and not directly from them.

My second pair that I have just returned, many of the sections of tread block on the bottom of the shoe had their bonding fail and started to fall off, resulting in a floppy uneven walking shoe and perhaps my last Giro purchase.

I am so bummed I will not be able to wear these because they are too big.

I did an exchange and was sent the incorrect size again.

I cannot exchange again so sadly I can't wear these.

Color: the shade of brown is a little bold and kind of hard to match well with.

The elastic "laces" make it easy to pull it tighter around the ankle and then I just tied the elastic to keep it tight.

They are so stylish, cute, lightweight, yet supportive.
