Shoe lace eyelet is a very poor idea
My shoes are a little uncomfortable.

but for my somewhat wide feet (size 44) the shoes are much too narrow and as a result quite uncomfortable.

My shoe lace eyelet frayed out and now they are not usable.

There is an elastic lace holder so they don't get caught in your chain.

The are easy to walk in when I get into rock gardens I am not comfortable riding in.

Easy to walk in and no one even knows you have on bike shoes.

The result is a secure and comfortable fit.

Fits my wide feet
Pearl Izumi came through again.

I ordered his usual size and they fit perfect.

They worked good for walking around also.

Way Way Too Big
At least 1.5 sizes larger than listed.

but definitely order a hole size smaller then you normally would.

Sole is made of hard, slippery plastic - beware if climbing a ladder or walking on a slick surface.

The insole is pretty thin and after a couple hours on your feet you can really feel it.

I might replace them if I continue to use them.

I'll probably have to replace them with better laces in a month or two.

With the back loops they go on quick when fitted with elastic laces.

Very comfortable
Relatively inexpensive shoe that is super comfortable, easy to walk in, and durable.


These arent the first Terra brand shoes I've gotten, so I wasnt too surprised at how comfortable they were,

however, snug throughout the rest of the shoe.

In that they fit the bill, and are more comfortable than most boots.

Once they broken in they are no longer painful.

Definitely worth it
I was looking for a boot that's good for winter and being outdoors.
