I originally bought this shoe for lifting, as it is zero-drop, which mimics lifting barefoot and not adding any angles.

Nike Metcons are great for straight up lifting because the heel is so hard it digs into the floor well.

For out if the box, not very durable, the sole that wraps up by the toe peeled and split.

Unfortunately 4 months in, half the sole spontaneously detached from the rest of the shoe.

Unfortunately, I bought back in July and the white part of the sole on one shoe started peeling off

My only downside is the sole is very thin.

Luckily i  was able to return it ( thank you Amazon) and buy a quality brand.

The TF-02 is a gym shoe that is light, minimal and nearly flat, which is desirable for squatting and overall balancing as your foot and toes can articulate freely.

Enough stability for squats, deadlifts… enough cushioning for jump rope, walking… ample toe box space.
