These had to be returned as they were FAR too big in the leg.

They are heavy too so cost a lot of money to return.

These boots seem to fit wide and larger then the actually size.

There's even extra room for his pants and heavy socks in these boots.

The boots fit wonderfully, the extra wide calf and the way that it clasps tight allow for extra room to get your foot (and bigger calf)  in and adjust it properly for a snug fit.

These boys had great arch support, are very comfortable, and no angle ankle rub.

I am a tall woman with large feet so finding a comfortable boot can be challenging.

but after wearing them several times they broke in nicely and are now quite comfortable.

They’re warm, extremely comfortable and they keep my dry.

They aren't too warm for the spring/summer temperatures and seem to have decent traction.

They feel very comfortable and work well for yard work.

I went up a half size to allow extra room in the tire box and to be able to accommodate an insert.

However they are quite wide, I have a fairly wide foot and have to wear these with socks.

If you have narrow feet, these are probably not for you.

My feet have been hurting from the totally flat support-less slippers I have been wearing.

The fit/sizing can be tricky, seems to be normal sizing for the foot bed in measurements;

Also, the fabric covering the inserts is fraying a little bit, that could use a better quality material so it would last.

The motion of my foot going backwards when walking causes these to slip off and it is especially annoying while going up stairs.

These arrived basically shrink wrapped which I thought was weird, because the fit is extremely important when dealing with plantar fascia issues.

This was a smart decision because I often an extra pair of warm ski socks over my regular socks and the extra space in the shoe provided the room to do this on cold nights.

I love these slippers, you won't find arch support slippers at this price point anywhere

They are very cute, comfortable, and they do the job supporting your arches, which is why you buy them in the first place.

I was so excited to get these because I work from home and needed comfy slippers or shoes to wear all day with better arch support.

I also ended up using shoe trees to try and stretch out that back fabric so it was not constantly under my heels pushing that fabric down, which was uncomfortable; this worked pretty well.

I have been looking for slippers that are comfortable for my plantar fasciitis, and for wide feet, and these slippers really exceded my expectations.

The most important thing to remember is that they run 2 sizes to small.

Having said that, I must mention that like other reviews letting you know they run small.

Don't do the one size bigger I wear a 10 - bought some 10's and returned them because they felt too small.

This is bad if you're near the pool, ocean or any other water source.

Also, if like me you prefer a leather, suede, or fabric to absorb some foot moisture, you may not like the rubbery/foamy feel of these sandals.

Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because if you get these wet, they become very slippery, making the foot difficult to stay in the sandal.

In other words, there is no wiggle room or danger of tripping over my toes because of extra space.

The arch support is a nice addition and ads to the comfort.

5 years ago I bought my first pair of AVR flip flops, they became the most comfortable form fitting flip flops I have ever worn.

Very comfortable and get more so after wearing as the foot bed starts to mold to your foot.

Because of the arches, these are very comfortable and I can wear them for longer periods.

These shoes are extremely comfortable.

These are the most comfortable  flip-flops I have ever worn.

I can wear them all day long and not have any pain or discomfort which for me is common with all of my other flip-flops.

This is only important based on the fact that what makes these truly special is the tiny perforations that collapse under the weight of your foot and I was skeptical that they would achieve the same "form fit" They can, and do.

Great support, perfect fit and strong tongue/strap that won't give out on you.

These Cobian 11 D's that I ordered feel like they were tailored to fit my foot EXACTLY.

Its as if my feet were traced, and these sandals were created to fit.

If you have wide feet, I don’t think these flats will work for you.

I have a significant amount of extra space at the point of the shoe as well.

But the supple leather and bed padding of these flats contour and hug your foot for a more custom fit and ample arch support.

There’s a crinkle effect in the leather that adds a refined texture element to these shoes.

The leather is soft and they fit my foot perfectly.

The black crinkle color provides an elevated look compared to a normal leather flat, while being less flashy than patent leather.

The leather is soft and comfortable on my feet - I didn’t get any blisters from wearing these.

These flats are very cute - they look just like the photos.

but they're still super cute and very high quality.

I like flat shoes and almost won't wear anything with a heel or too cushy, so from that aspect, these are perfect.

The band of the shoe in front behind my toes & in back at the heel have a very snug feel.

The heel looks bigger online than it does in person, it's minuscule making these SUPER flats which I appreciate.

Toe is just about touching the end and fits way too small.

I'm not quite sure if these shoes run too small or too large to be honest.

However, when I ordered an 8 wide, they were far to small.

They're cut very narrow and the toe box is tight especially being that it's a steel toe- there's no room or give at all.

I ordered an 8.5 wide that was a good bit roomier than I needed (and also made my foot look big,

but I think since the toe box isn't quite as wide, my feet just can't slide quite as far forward, so the fit feels more like what I would expect with an 8.5.

On top of that I bought a 6.5 (pretty much my shoe size in everything, and I have a wide foot) and I have quite a bit of wiggle room in the toe and too wide.

And since they are such stiff shoes, it was even more uncomfortable than your average too-small shoe.

Several reviewers also mentioned the back being extremely stiff.

Be prepared that these are stiff shoes at first.

They don’t feel like Sperries (which is what I was sort of hoping) and the shoes are very stiff.

The toe box seems comfortable only with thick socks, until the shoe is broke in.

And, having the extra room makes it easier to slip on and off without untying them.

The arch support is very noticeable as soon as I put on the shoes.

Ran true to size for me, comfy, cute, and lightweight.

I'm glad cute steel toe shoes are now being made.

Within a week or so, they were comfortable.

All that said, I am keeping the 8.5, because they really are pretty comfortable and cute-ish.

This is definitely true, and perhaps something the extra size also helps with, as I don't really feel my heel uncomfortably against it.

Updated my rating to 5 star since I was able to get a more comfortable fit.

Dr. Martens Women's 8065 Shoe

All of my leather Dr Martens (boots, Mary Janes and oxfords) are stiff.

The initial shoe that you remove from the package will appear to be very stiff, heavy and roomy with  Initial discomfort to certain pressure points on the foot.

but buckle broke after a few weeks and a replacement was denied, daughter upset but still wearing them a year later

Only downside is the buckles on the shoes are very difficult to undo.

The patent leather probably isn't a super good choice, if I could go back in time I'd get the normal leather.

The largest available size (Women's 11 U.S.) was one smaller than what I needed,

The extra room was the saving grace and they’re also made from real leather, which will stretch after wearing.

The toe box is very roomy and there is a slight to moderate amount of arch support.

but I absolutely love these :)  I like wearing them to work where they look smart but also a bit alternative at the same time.

By the 8th week I’m able to wear them for a full 8 hour work day.

I’ve been wearing this style of Dr Martens & Dr Martens Mariel Mary Janes for 1 year now (with the prescribed insoles) & these shoes have made a HUGE improvement in my back & hip pain.

Built to last under multiple wear conditions.

That initial discomfort will disappear by the 2nd or 3rd day of wearing it.

Overall, it is a well-made shoe with very nice styling, which I believe is acceptable for unisex wear.

These shoes are beautiful and comfortable.

Before you know it, this shoe becomes the most comfortable, grounding, strong shoe you will own.

I had a pair way back in highschool and they were some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned!

They fit me perfectly which isn't always the case for me with Docs.

Noticed right away that the bottom of the soles felt very slippery out of the box

The toe box on these felt narrow compared to the other Ecco’s I own (6 pair, size 47).
