FitFlop Women's LULU Crystal Embellished Toe-Post Sandals

I have been wearing these shoes since I broke my foot and had 3 surgeries for nerve damage 11 years ago so when I bought these (and 2 other pairs in my order) they were purchased as a backup so I haven't worn them since I received them on Dec 2nd 2022.  what a waste as all three are the same and sizing is off that are way too loose so they feel like they are going to fall off.
