I ordered an 11.5W, my usual size across quite a few different brands, and these were just too small.

I got these for my mom and she is an older person.

These do run a bit small, so I would recommend ordering up!

but she couldn't wear the size we ordered.

I do have average wide feet and I ordered a size up and the sides that are stretch out dont fit

but I would order up by at least a 1/2 size if ordering again.

For reference I also have very narrow feet, so if you have wider feet these would likely not be a great choice for you!

but I noticed on the first day of wearing them that they stretched out quite a bit on the sides, which caused the sides to gape open with each step, making the shoe slip of my foot and make a little flip flop kind of sound with each step when I'm walking.
