But I need to knock them down a star for the worst laces I've ever had.

I tighten the laces and they immediately loosen before I can tie the knot.

I much prefer the rounder laces on the Xero Prio.

The weird cushioning, short toebox height, lack of breathability, and slippery laces are deal breakers.

The shoelaces are a little too short for a heel lock.

But even just walking around my apartment, I noticed my feet sloppily sliding from side to side in the shoes.

However, the toe box is not tall enough at the very front of the shoe, so my big toenail constantly makes contact with the top of the shoe, making the shoe feel too small

The wide toe box is very nice and the sizing is true to size.

I love the zero drop construction, wide toebox, and outsole.

With zero drop, wider toe box and designed specifically for midfoot strikers, the Rivera 2 seems to be the perfect indroduction to a barefoot running shoe.

I'll give the Rivera this - it's not overly wide, even for being on the slimmer side as far as lasts go, so my toes did have plenty of room to splay.

but, Skechers have really skimped on the Velcro, consequently they kept coming undone.

However, the middle strap was not long enough to meet the Velcro fastening.

These SKETCHERS are ½ the price  -And, ROCKPORT just went to a stooopid (yes: STOOOPID) double Velcro strap across the heal, with many of the same issues I have with these.

My BIG complaint:  The Velcro on the straps.

The Velcro portion on the sandal itself, and not on the strap itself, is not long enough.

There is not enough coverage, on any of the straps (and there are three on these sandals) to hold the strap in fully affixed and flush to the sandal itself.

And, each and every time, it continually pulls at the Velcro.

BUT:  The heal strap does not come up high enough (like close to the Achilles) and so it keeps slipping down towards the heal.

Two Monthos of wear and the buckle on the side broke?!!

I foun the sandals larger, than normal, so a smaller size is recommended.

Not only is the sandal comfortable, it is sturdy enough to climb in, and it is flexible enough to put a 3/8" lift inside the foot-pan of the right sandal, after adding a little velcro to the top under-strap, to account for my shorter right leg.

I purchased these shoes based on my previous experience with last year's Cold.rdy shoes which were water repellent, this Model is not, although they are advertised as such.

Took off two starts just because of false advertising and lack of water resistance, plus after 6 months of occasional wear the clear plastic around the toe cap has begun to crack at multiple places.

however they're completely tearing apart, just a couple days past the return period.

I should have looked at the reviews closer before purchasing.

if you have a wide ankle of instep consider going for a wide size, this one is not adjustable as other references

I paid $135(w/shipping included) for these boots and they were shipped in a plain brown, unmarked, non-manufacturer box which irritated me because I bought the black pair, and the black pair shipped in a Santimon Brand Shoe Box colored Green with protective cloth bags.

The bags were way over-sized for the specific pair of boots

In result they were a little bend at the top ankle of the boots.

I had a slight struggle zipping the left zipper on the right boot

Santimon needs to send me the proper brand shoes box with bags!

Plus they should've been shipped in a shoe box instead of just a shoe bag (which I liked) inside of just a shipping box (which I don't like).

Most importantly, even after wearing it everyday and walking a lot, it hasn't come apart at the sole which has happen to me with many other shoes before.

It is a very attractive shoe and fits my style.

They fit perfectly and the zippers on the sides wear stylishly attractive.
