I do a moderate amount of walking and biking, the shoes have no break in period, they were comfortable out of the box, they are a bit like a synthetic moccasin, they seem to be breathable and repel water and dirt.

The back strap around the back of the ankle is too long.

I cannot secure the straps snug against my foot because of the placement of the velcro.

In order for the straps to secure I must wear the shoes loose, which causes the shop to flop a little when I walk.

The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the straps with the Velcro are rather narrow and kind of flimsy.

I think the straps could be a little thicker and a little wider to provide more support.

And Easy Spirit skimped on the Velcro; it needs more to hold your foot securely.

The sides of the shoe where the velcro comes over the foot tend to rub my feet a little bit.

Straps are too thin
I bought the tan sandals a couple of years ago and have worn them a lot.

You can see in the photo of you look carefully that the straps are not as wide or strong as the original pair.

My only complaint is for my narrow foot (got narrow width), the velcro piece that holds the strap in place, should be longer so I can tighten the straps better.

It seems to be loose & makes it a little hard to walk.

Little "roomy" / prefer the solid color version
First off I need to say that I returned this particular pair of this shoe because the swirl pattern was not even on both shoes .. one was much more solid blue color and the other more swirl.


I like the style and the width of the toe bed accommodates my feet which are flat, one with a bunion.

but still I like them, they are pretty comfortable, they allow me to wear a sandal but still cover my toe dividers, they are cool and airy, and the dark blue is a true dark blue so they look great with my jeans.

Cheapest pair of NB’s I ever bought
The title says it all I want to put them on and I use the loop at the back of the sneaker and it ripped off.

The foot hangs over on the sides of the shoe with the sole hurting the bottom of the feet.

These shoes are not cushioned inside and I can absolutely say they don't withstand my long run day.

but it’s kind of a light great-ish color of the shoe when you look at it the shoe is a comfortable I am not in feet pain or anything you know I’m a size 9 wide so I’m not in pain so far which I’m very thankful for I just have to test this out and see if it works for me on the treadmill but as towards anything else it’s pretty comfortable in the meantime I honestly don’t see anything wrong with it but again that’s just me I think you should buy the shoe and try it out for yourself and see if it is comfortable because I literally had to find a good pair of running shoes that was reasonable for me instead of going on wish or such and such

I've use timberland pro boots for a while.i have flat feet and bunions,and very few brands are as comfortable as this.i wear them for work 6 to 7 days a week and the last at least a year .

I recently purchased the Brooks Men's Dyad 11 Running Shoes, and unfortunately, my experience with them has been rather disappointing.

Moreover, I found that these shoes lacked the cushioning I expected from a running shoe.

Considering these issues, I cannot in good faith recommend the Brooks Men's Dyad 11 Running Shoes.

They're comfortable, they give me a lot of support (I'm more than a bit heavy), and they have a stabilizing effect on my ankles.

But with these (and with the other Brooks shoes as well), I've actually started to mix a little joggin back in with my walking, and so far no ankle pain.
