The wool was too scratchy on it for me to keep the shoes so I returned them.

The only downside is I get a hole in the big toe of them fairly quickly (that said, due to my bunions my big toe sticks up high and laps over my other toes).

The problem- the dark gray rubber sole leaves scuff marks on my hardwood floor.

But when I wear them in and out of the kitchen or dining room, having little kids, something is always being spilled on the floor.

There is a soft sole with little rubber grips.

With the meadow soft sole you cant step in liquids.

DOESN'T WORK FOR A FOOT WITH A HAMMER TOE
These were comfortable when I tried them on and provided the arch support my podiatrist had demanded.

These are really comfortable to me and have good arch support.

The thick wool gives the bottom of my feet (where they always feel bruised) a good cushion and I like the rubber sole so I can go outside.

I wish I could wear them everywhere, lol (that’s how comfortable they are to me).

They are so unbelievably soft, warm and supportive yet you feel like you have nothing on.

I also have the Grizzly Haflingers also which are best for out and about town with cork and rubber and are so comfortable as well.
