So, here we go, I am NOT going to compare these with a $200+ work boots, while these are very good, I am not ready to compare them to my heavy duty ones.

If you need some for really heavy duty work or electrical work, well, you do what you need to.

but, for around $10 you can get a very good pair of heavy duty insoles from many brands, and everything is fixed.

I work in a metal foundry and these boots handle the rigors of the job so far.

I picked up a pair of DR> Shols heavy-duty work inserts and noticed the instant relief and change.. they by far are not your grandaddy's work boots so don't expect to hand them down

That being said, they are great work boots,

if these last me 6 months, they will be worth it as I change $200 work boots every 6 months anyway.

not some imitation "Corinthian Leather" +Soles are very grippy, and soft enough to absorb good shock even with the included insoles (see below for negative) They grip the road and floors very good, great for Motorcycle riders!

I am a landscape guy and these are great for my line of work.

Great day hiker
First, I have a pair of the Asolo Falcons and they are Incredible - these Landscapes are not equal to the Falcon’s.

However, that said,  these Landscapes are a very good deal and are very nice for day hikes- heel.

Perfect for light hiking/ light landscape work!

I have had a pair of Asolo boots that were more geared toward mountaineering or heavy duty backpacking for several years.

I wanted light and comfy as I average 20,000+ steps a day This boot appears perfect for that!!!

Great day hikes with my dog and I’ll use them regularly and save my Falcons for hikes with a pack when I really want a more snug supportive fit

They are super comfortable, have great traction and don’t weigh you down.

but boot holds up fine, use them for work.

They are a true lightweight/light duty hiking boot.

Good for the back yard,quick on and off,all my other boots and slip on shoes are size 10 ,I bought these in size 11 due to the reviews saying they run small.
