So I ended up returning them and getting another size up so that he wouldn't grow out in a month!

These are not very warm, nor do they have any arch support at all, like walking with a board strapped to my feet bottoms.

These boots seemed a bit stiff at first and I was afraid the fit wasn't going to be very comfortable

Gift to our grandson who has very large feet for a 14 yr old - and most teens do not like to wear boots,

The lower portion will keep out wet and slop- they typical from a puddle, wet high grass, or just kicking through shallow snow.

Perfectly good for basic day to day activities where you want to keep from getting wet feet.

I've trudged through lots of iced-up water and terrain with Brody, my dog, and done a good share of snow-blowing in sub-zero temps and these boots are warm and dry.

EDIT: December 16, 2020, I'm in my third winter with these boots, and not a leak, hardly any wear, not a hole in the soles or seams.

I was stepping thru broken ice this a.m. walking in ice water up to the tops of my feet, not a leak.

Good value for the price
I have been using these as work boots for the past 3 yrs.

So far I am very happy with these boots which replaced a pair that lasted one season and the seals blew out and leaked.

No cuts in the soles or heels, no spitting of the seams or sealed areas, the boot liners are in great shape, the laces are even good.., definitely buy them again when the time comes.

these boots for the money, are easily the best I've ever bought.

EDIT: 2022- Winter is close and it looks like I am going to get yet another season final season from these great boots.

A great boot that barely increased in cost.
