A few strings after only a few times worn.

I had a few strings at the seams and rapid tread wear after only a few uses.

I expected the boots to be "brand new"/sealed/never worn -They were not.

but not great boot for the money,  a little snug in the toe area, seem to be waterproof so far..

Beyond that, your feet will definitely get wet beyond that rubber threshold.

Bear Paw should consider changing the advertised language as _"waterproof"_ to _water RESISTANT_.

Received these BearPaw Brock boots in a very short time after ordering.

These caused horrible blisters after, literally, wearing them out to dinner for a couple hours.

..Yet, I've only worn them three times outdoor walking and just noticed the problem.

They were difficult to break in and even after she'd worn them with thick socks around the house for several weeks they gave her really bad blisters on the back of her ankle the first time she wore them out and it wasn't even for a proper hike

These boots ran a little small so I went up a half size.

They’re “vegan leather” aka plastic so I think a few hard scuffs would create an issue, especially in the toe area.

but they give no information on what "vegan leather" is.

The rubber toe guard is peeling away from the boot.

If you’re looking for a rugged & tough boot, these aren’t it.

These shoes got me up a 6 1/2 hour hike on a volcano with little to no discomfort.

If you’re looking to stay decently warm when you’re walking to and from your car or work, these hit the mark.

Great fit, great grip and colour is perfect.

I love how these look and wanted them just for basic hiking & fashion.

My husband has autism and my grandma and I got this for him as a gift (he can't be using tennis on hiking the hikes we do anymore its just not safe) he has autism and has such a hard time with boots.

I ice climb and have a pair of climbing boots with the BOA system that have been very reliable and ensure a good fit.

They are not uncomfortable on my feet and they have not started to breakdown or fall apart.

My husband wears them a couple times a week and the heels are already wearing down; we're probably going to have to have them resoled before a year is up (he has a brown pair of the same and had to have them resoled at 10 months; these seem to be wearing out on about the same timeline).

Also, the front corner of the right heel has chipped off and I've only had them for a couple months.

The only complaint I have is that they have discontinued their line of deer skin boots which were even more comfortable than the other leathers.

but the stitching at the very top which is supposed to be a double line is only one line and on the inside it veers off course completely running off the leather at the downward 'point'.

It was a Christmas present and when my dad opened it, he was super excited to wear them. :)

I ordered 9.5 Wide which is my normal shoe size for hiking boots and New Balance Cross Training shoes, and the boots fit me perfectly.

The boots are clearly of very high quality, the 9.5 Wide size I ordered fits perfectly, and I am one very satisfied customer.

Best boots in the world at any price
Justin is the only boot I will ever buy.

If you are used to putting on a pair of boots and wanting to take them off in a few hours do yourself a favor and get a pair of Justin boots.

I typically have a pair re-soled once before replacing the boots because they are so well made that you can't hardly wear out anything except the soles.

Justin boots are just as comfortable as a pair of tennis shoes and can be worn all day at work, cleaned up, and because of their classic styiling can be worn out on the town at night.

You'll forget you are wearing boots and won't want to take them off at the end of the day.

In my opinion, given the price, you will not find a boot with the look, feel, and comfort at such a bargain anywhere else.
