though surprisingly heavy for a boot like this, I'm guessing due to the thick, heavy traction sole (Canada knows its snowy, cold weather lol).

Mine did not have a removable molded foam insole as the description says, I think if it did the shoe would fit perfect.

Had to return the 6 was more like a 7/7.5

I ordered a 9 and it was more like a 10 so I returned them and ordered an 8, which is *almost* perfect.

The boot is also a bit heavy so I'll be returning.

The only things that would make them better is if they were waterproof and if you could wear them with the cuff turned down.

I normally wear a 7.5-8 so I ordered an 8 and they're just barely long enough - my toes actually touch the end, which isn't ideal,

The boot is coming unglued at the arch and I have only worn them a handful of times.

though maybe a touch smaller than a normal size 7.

If you wear thick socks, you probably will need to order a size and a half up.

With Winter socks on they're a bit snug so order up at least a size or a bit more.

I think ordering a half size up might have still been too big.

The problem is that my toes go right to the tip, even without wearing socks.

I tried them on without socks and they were a little snug.

So come winter with thermal socks might be a little tight fit.

However, the sole is a little hard, looks more like plastic than rubber, and I'm not sure how long it will last.

I didn't appreciate that they didn't arrive inside a box, just wrapped in a plastic bag; a very cheap affair, certainly not the way to make a good first impression.

Soft lining on the inside will keep your feet warm.

The lining on the outside is waterproof, which is good for the winters here in Chicago (rain/snow mixture).

They are easy to put on and take off with the inside zipper and the shorter length.

Soft fleece runs throughout the inside of the shoe making it very soft, warm and comfortable.

These boots arrived today, and I love them!

I ordered the red boots, and I think they are really cute.

Overall, average quality boots that will get the job done.

When they arrived, I tried them on and they were too small for me so I knew they would never fit her.

I’d definitely recommend rounding up a size up as many suggested.

Anyone ordering these slippers who is wary of sizing issues should take into consideration that these are lined with synthetic shearling so are likely going to feel a bit tighter than a standard shoe fit in your normal size.

Attractive warm moccasins
For the price, these moccasins are quite nice.

Genuine leather suede outer material, man made fuzzy fur on the inside, flat rubber sole with no arch support.

Fits snug in the beginning, then they adjust themselves.

They are well made and the furry lining is still fluffy after weeks of wearing.

They are comfortable and keep my feet very warm, and they have a non-skid rubber bottom that can also be worn outside,

The soft fleece interior is snugly warm and will be great for winter weather.

Old Friend Men's Moccasin Slipper

My only (minor) concern is that the damn leather laces (which appear to be just for show) keep untying themselves and causing a trip hazard for this old man (that said, I put a dab of crazy glue on the bows and they are now staying in place).

but after two weeks of wearing these slippers (which replaced the same maker and style pair I'd worn out), both feet but especially the right one are sloshing around with a good inch to spare.

Only thing that wears down over time is the moccasin lining (the thick fluffy stuff inside)

Made in China poor quality for the price
I read a lot of reviews on these slippers and people seemed to like them a lot so I bought a pair.

Then I open it and take the slippers out, and Im examining them, and right away I see some small patches of the fur lining sticking out of the bottom sole on the side where it was sewn.

but the point is these slippers were very poorly assembled in my opinion.

This lining will compress over time, and the slipper will get a bit loose fitting I expected that

And how come the sheep lining was all sticking out around the stitching of the slippers?

I wont buy anymore of this brand,  I'll stick to buying the  twenty dollar slippers I've had in the past they were just as comfortable and believe it or not they were made in the USA.

I dont know what all the fuss is over  " Old Friends "  products,  I'm really not impressed by spending sixty dollars on a Made in China slipper,  I also doubt the lining is real sheep wool as the box says,  whos going to take a sample and send it out to get tested?

Personally I dont think these slippers will last long, I've worn mine outdoors a bit, and I notice already some wear on the rubber soles,  after all its cheap Chinese material and probably has very little rubber in them.

I bought these to replace the pair of Old Friends my boyfriend has had for seven years- even after all that time they were still super comfortable and the soles hardly wore out at all!

but I have had about 5 pair of moccasin slippers that were lined inside and every pair I have owned previously were great and comfortable also , and they were about half the price of these slippers.

Well, they fit, they are comfortable and I'd be out more money to ship them back so I'll just keep them and learn a lesson.

This boot fit tight, small and difficult to put on.

They talked about bad fit, not authentic (not real Uggs, fake) and a host of other complaints including packaging.

The Koolaburra boots not as comfy, so I try not to wear them for long walks.

Koolaburra is not as plush, the "fur" is not as thick and cushiony and the sole is not as thick.

The traditional won for only one reason - I didn't like the look of the tan sole on the Koolaburra - which is total preference having nothing to do with quality.

The true UGG boots have deep, thicker fur lining and are so much much softer on my sole.

They are very slim on the calf so it fits very very snug.
